And this he said of Judah:“ Hear, Lord, the voice of Judah, And bring him to his people; Let his hands be sufficient for him, And may You be a help against his enemies.”

And this he said about Judah:“ Hear, Lord, the cry of Judah; bring him to his people. With his own hands he defends his cause. Oh, be his help against his foes!”

Here’s what Moses said about Judah.“ Lord, listen to Judah cry out. Bring him to his people. By his own power he stands up for himself. Lord, help him fight against his enemies!”

And this he said of Judah:“ Hear, O Lord, the voice of Judah, and bring him in to his people. With your hands contend for him, and be a help against his adversaries.”

Moses said this about the tribe of Judah:“ O Lord, hear the cry of Judah and bring them together as a people. Give them strength to defend their cause; help them against their enemies!”

He said this about Judah: LORD, hear Judah’s cry and bring him to his people. He fights for his cause with his own hands, but may you be a help against his foes.

And this was regarding Judah; so he said:“ Hear, Lord, the voice of Judah, And bring him to his people. With his hands he contended for them, And may You be a help against his adversaries.”

And this is the blessing of Judah: and he said, Hear, Jehovah, the voice of Judah, And bring him in unto his people. With his hands he contended for himself; And thou shalt be a help against his adversaries.

He said this about Judah: Lord, hear Judah’s cry and bring him to his people. He fights for his cause with his own hands, but may You be a help against his foes.

And this[ is the blessing] of Judah: and he said, Hear, LORD, the voice of Judah, and bring him unto his people: let his hands be sufficient for him; and be thou an help[ to him] from his enemies.

And this is the blessing to Judah. He said, Listen, O LORD, to Judah’s voice, and bring him to his people. May his power be great, and may you help him against his foes.

This is for Judah. He said,“ Hear, Yahweh, the voice of Judah. Bring him in to his people. With his hands he contended for himself. You shall be a help against his adversaries.”

“ Judah, you are he whom your brothers shall praise; Your hand shall be on the neck of your enemies; Your father’s children shall bow down before you.Judah is a lion’s whelp; From the prey, my son, you have gone up. He bows down, he lies down as a lion; And as a lion, who shall rouse him?The scepter shall not depart from Judah, Nor a lawgiver from between his feet, Until Shiloh comes; And to Him shall be the obedience of the people.Binding his donkey to the vine, And his donkey’s colt to the choice vine, He washed his garments in wine, And his clothes in the blood of grapes.His eyes are darker than wine, And his teeth whiter than milk.

Therefore the Lord will have no joy in their young men, Nor have mercy on their fatherless and widows; For everyone is a hypocrite and an evildoer, And every mouth speaks folly. For all this His anger is not turned away, But His hand is stretched out still.

And I have been with you wherever you have gone, and have cut off all your enemies from before you, and have made you a great name, like the name of the great men who are on the earth.Moreover I will appoint a place for My people Israel, and will plant them, that they may dwell in a place of their own and move no more; nor shall the sons of wickedness oppress them anymore, as previously,since the time that I commanded judges to be over My people Israel, and have caused you to rest from all your enemies. Also the Lord tells you that He will make you a house.“ When your days are fulfilled and you rest with your fathers, I will set up your seed after you, who will come from your body, and I will establish his kingdom.

He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses.Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.

Now after the death of Joshua it came to pass that the children of Israel asked the Lord, saying,“ Who shall be first to go up for us against the Canaanites to fight against them?”And the Lord said,“ Judah shall go up. Indeed I have delivered the land into his hand.”So Judah said to Simeon his brother,“ Come up with me to my allotted territory, that we may fight against the Canaanites; and I will likewise go with you to your allotted territory.” And Simeon went with him.Then Judah went up, and the Lord delivered the Canaanites and the Perizzites into their hand; and they killed ten thousand men at Bezek.And they found Adoni-Bezek in Bezek, and fought against him; and they defeated the Canaanites and the Perizzites.Then Adoni-Bezek fled, and they pursued him and caught him and cut off his thumbs and big toes.And Adoni-Bezek said,“ Seventy kings with their thumbs and big toes cut off used to gather scraps under my table; as I have done, so God has repaid me.” Then they brought him to Jerusalem, and there he died.

For at that time they came to David day by day to help him, until it was a great army, like the army of God.

But bring here those enemies of mine, who did not want me to reign over them, and slay them before me.’”

In the Lord I put my trust; How can you say to my soul,“ Flee as a bird to your mountain”?For look! The wicked bend their bow, They make ready their arrow on the string, That they may shoot secretly at the upright in heart.If the foundations are destroyed, What can the righteous do?The Lord is in His holy temple, The LORD’s throne is in heaven; His eyes behold, His eyelids test the sons of men.The Lord tests the righteous, But the wicked and the one who loves violence His soul hates.Upon the wicked He will rain coals; Fire and brimstone and a burning wind Shall be the portion of their cup.For the Lord is righteous, He loves righteousness; His countenance beholds the upright.

But chose the tribe of Judah, Mount Zion which He loved.

For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet.

Happy is he who has the God of Jacob for his help, Whose hope is in the Lord his God,

May He send you help from the sanctuary, And strengthen you out of Zion;

So David inquired of the Lord, saying,“ Shall I go up against the Philistines? Will You deliver them into my hand?” And the Lord said to David,“ Go up, for I will doubtless deliver the Philistines into your hand.”

He also chose David His servant, And took him from the sheepfolds;

Then all the tribes of Israel came to David at Hebron and spoke, saying,“ Indeed we are your bone and your flesh.

“ But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Though you are little among the thousands of Judah, Yet out of you shall come forth to Me The One to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth are from of old, From everlasting.”

“ Behold, I send My messenger, And he will prepare the way before Me. And the Lord, whom you seek, Will suddenly come to His temple, Even the Messenger of the covenant, In whom you delight. Behold, He is coming,” Says the Lord of hosts.

Now there was a long war between the house of Saul and the house of David. But David grew stronger and stronger, and the house of Saul grew weaker and weaker.

For it is evident that our Lord arose from Judah, of which tribe Moses spoke nothing concerning priesthood.

The Lord said to my Lord,“ Sit at My right hand, Till I make Your enemies Your footstool.”The Lord shall send the rod of Your strength out of Zion. Rule in the midst of Your enemies!

Your hand will find all Your enemies; Your right hand will find those who hate You.

The king shall have joy in Your strength, O Lord; And in Your salvation how greatly shall he rejoice!

And it shall be, when you hear the sound of marching in the tops of the mulberry trees, then you shall advance quickly. For then the Lord will go out before you to strike the camp of the Philistines.”

So Jehoshaphat became increasingly powerful, and he built fortresses and storage cities in Judah.He had much property in the cities of Judah; and the men of war, mighty men of valor, were in Jerusalem.These are their numbers, according to their fathers’ houses. Of Judah, the captains of thousands: Adnah the captain, and with him three hundred thousand mighty men of valor;and next to him was Jehohanan the captain, and with him two hundred and eighty thousand;and next to him was Amasiah the son of Zichri, who willingly offered himself to the Lord, and with him two hundred thousand mighty men of valor.Of Benjamin: Eliada a mighty man of valor, and with him two hundred thousand men armed with bow and shield;and next to him was Jehozabad, and with him one hundred and eighty thousand prepared for war.These served the king, besides those the king put in the fortified cities throughout all Judah.

The devil, who deceived them, was cast into the lake of fire and brimstone where the beast and the false prophet are. And they will be tormented day and night forever and ever.Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them.And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books.The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works.Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
