About Joseph he said:“ May the Lord bless his land with the precious dew from heaven above and with the deep waters that lie below;

Here’s what Moses said about Joseph.“ May the Lord bless Joseph’s land. May he bless it with dew from the highest heavens. May he bless it with water from the deepest oceans.

And of Joseph he said,“ Blessed by the Lord be his land, with the choicest gifts of heaven above, and of the deep that crouches beneath,

Moses said this about the tribes of Joseph:“ May their land be blessed by the Lord with the precious gift of dew from the heavens and water from beneath the earth;

He said about Joseph: May his land be blessed by the LORD with the dew of heaven’s bounty and the watery depths that lie beneath;

Of Joseph he said,“ Blessed of the Lord be his land, With the choice things of heaven, with the dew, And from the deep waters lying beneath,

他就為約瑟祝福說：「願我祖父亞伯拉罕和我父親以撒所事奉的上帝，就是一生牧養我直到今日的上帝，救贖我脫離一切患難的那位使者，賜福給這兩個孩子。願我的名，我祖父亞伯拉罕和我父親以撒的名藉着他們得以流傳。又願他們在全地上多多繁衍。」約瑟見父親把右手按在以法蓮的頭上，他看為不好，就提起他父親的手，要從以法蓮的頭上移到瑪拿西的頭上。約瑟對父親說：「我父，不是這樣。這個才是長子，請你把右手按在他頭上。」他父親卻不肯，說：「我知道，我兒，我知道。他也要成為一族，也要強大。可是他的弟弟將來比他還要強大；他弟弟的後裔要成為許多國家。」以色列就在當日為他們祝福，說：「以色列人要指着你們祝福，說：『願上帝使你如以法蓮、瑪拿西一樣。』」於是他立以法蓮在瑪拿西之上。

耶和華對我如此說：「我要安靜，從我的居所觀看，如同日光下閃爍的熱氣，又如收割時露水蒸發的雲霧。」

我未到埃及你那裏之前，你在埃及地所生的以法蓮和瑪拿西這兩個兒子，現在他們是我的，正如呂便和西緬是我的一樣。

我的根伸展到水邊，露水夜宿我的枝上。

願上帝賜你天上的甘露，地上的肥土，和豐富的五穀新酒。願萬民事奉你，萬族向你下拜。願你作你弟兄的主，你母親的兒子向你下拜。詛咒你的，願他受詛咒；祝福你的，願他蒙祝福。」

你在聖山上掌權的日子，你的子民必甘心跟隨；從晨曦初現，你就有清晨的甘露。

約瑟對他父親說：「這是上帝在這裏賜給我的兒子。」以色列說：「領他們到我跟前，我要為他們祝福。」

我必向以色列如甘露；他必如百合花開放，如黎巴嫩的樹扎根。

我的教導要淋漓如雨，我的言語要滴落如露，如細雨降在嫩草上，如甘霖降在蔬菜中。

王的憤怒好像獅子吼叫；他的恩惠卻如草上的甘露。

因為他們要平安撒種，葡萄樹要結果子，土地必有出產，天也必降甘露。我要使這餘民享受這一切。
