这是守望者宣告的裁决，是圣者颁布的决定，好使世人都知道：至高者在世人的国中掌权，他喜欢把国赐给谁，就赐给谁，甚至立最卑微的人执掌国权。

我要照着耶和华的公义称谢他，歌颂至高者耶和华的名。

迦南生了长子西顿，又生赫，
