年饑而民餒、體熱而人廢、絕於疫癘、嚙於獸齒、傷於毒蛇、

使其受饑而體瘦、見消於熱疫毒癘、使野獸之齒害之、腹行者之毒傷之、

I will send wasting famine against them, consuming pestilence and deadly plague; I will send against them the fangs of wild beasts, the venom of vipers that glide in the dust.

I will send them hunger. It will make them weak. I will send terrible sickness. I will send deadly plagues. I will send wild animals that will tear them apart. Snakes that glide through the dust will bite them.

they shall be wasted with hunger, and devoured by plague and poisonous pestilence; I will send the teeth of beasts against them, with the venom of things that crawl in the dust.

I will weaken them with famine, burning fever, and deadly disease. I will send the fangs of wild beasts and poisonous snakes that glide in the dust.

They will be weak from hunger, ravaged by pestilence and bitter plague; I will unleash on them wild beasts with fangs, as well as venomous snakes that slither in the dust.

They will be wasted by famine, and emaciated by plague And a bitter epidemic; And the teeth of beasts I will send against them, With the venom of crawling things of the dust.

They shall be wasted with hunger, Devoured by pestilence and bitter destruction; I will also send against them the teeth of beasts, With the poison of serpents of the dust.

我要打發野地的走獸到你們中間，奪去你們的兒女，吞滅你們的牲畜，使你們人數減少，道路荒涼。

我要令饑荒和惡獸臨到你，使你喪失兒女。瘟疫和流血的事必在你那裏盛行，我也要使刀劍臨到你。這是我－耶和華說的。」

我若使惡獸經過那地，大肆蹂躪，使地荒涼，以致因這些獸，人都不得經過；

「我命定四樣災害臨到他們，就是刀劍殺戮、羣狗拖拉、空中的飛鳥和地上的走獸吞吃毀滅。這是耶和華說的。

我若出到田間，看哪，有被刀殺的；我若進入城內，看哪，有因饑荒患病的；先知和祭司也在各地往來經商，不知如何是好。

就是勇士的利箭、羅騰木的炭火。

因饑荒的乾熱，我們的皮膚熱如火爐。

也不怕黑夜流行的瘟疫，或是午間滅人的災害。

他們必死於致命的疾病，無人哀哭，不得埋葬，在地上如糞土，因刀劍和饑荒而滅絕；他們的屍首必給空中的飛鳥和地上的走獸作食物。

雖然藏在迦密山頂，我必在那裏搜尋，擒拿他們；雖然離開我眼前藏在海底，我必在那裏命令蛇咬他們；

「主耶和華如此說：我若將這四樣大災，就是刀劍、饑荒、惡獸、瘟疫降在耶路撒冷，將人與牲畜從其中剪除，豈不是更嚴重嗎？

野狼必與羔羊同食，獅子必吃草，與牛一樣，蛇必以塵土為食物；在我聖山的遍處，牠們都不傷人，也不害物；這是耶和華說的。」

在他前面有瘟疫流行，在他腳下有熱症發出。

他看見居所安舒，土地肥美，就屈肩負重，成為服勞役的僕人。

因他發出光輝，冰雹和火炭穿透密雲。耶和華在天上打雷，至高者發出聲音，就有冰雹和火炭。他射出箭來，使仇敵四散；發出連串的閃電，擊潰他們。

想望耶和華日子的人有禍了！為甚麼你們要耶和華的日子呢？那是黑暗沒有光明的日子，好像人躲避獅子卻遇見熊；進房屋以手靠牆，卻被蛇咬。

耶和華上帝對蛇說：「你既做了這事，就必受詛咒，比一切的牲畜和野獸更重。你必用肚子行走，終生吃土。

你在仇敵圍困的窘迫中，必吃你本身所生的，就是耶和華－你上帝所賜給你的兒女之肉。

吃奶孩子的舌頭因乾渴貼住上膛，孩童求餅，卻無人擘給他們。素來吃美好食物的，如今遭遺棄在街上；素來穿着朱紅衣裳長大的，如今卻擁抱糞堆。我百姓的罪孽比所多瑪的罪還大；所多瑪雖無人伸手攻擊，轉眼之間就被傾覆。錫安的拿細耳人比雪純淨，比奶更白；他們的身體比寶石更紅，身軀之美如藍寶石一般。但如今他們的面貌比煤炭更黑，在街上無人認識；他們的皮膚緊貼骨頭，枯乾形同槁木。被刀劍刺殺的勝過因飢餓而死的；飢餓者由於缺乏田裏的出產就消瘦而亡。

耶和華要用癆病、熱病、發炎、高燒、刀劍、焚風和霉爛攻擊你；這些要追趕你，直到你滅亡。
