我下来是要从埃及人手中救他们，带他们离开那里，到一个辽阔肥沃的奶蜜之乡，就是现在迦南人、赫人、亚摩利人、比利洗人、希未人和耶布斯人居住的地方。

“抢夺我产业的巴比伦人啊，你们欢喜快乐，像草场上欢跳的母牛犊，又像嘶鸣的公马。

你们吃饱喝足后，要赞美你们的上帝耶和华，因为祂赐给你们那佳美之地。“你们要谨慎，免得忘记你们的上帝耶和华，不遵守我今天吩咐你们的诫命、典章和律例。当你们丰衣足食、居室华美、牛羊众多、金银日增的时候，切勿心骄气傲，忘记你们的上帝耶和华。祂把你们从受奴役之地——埃及救出来，

他们即使在本国，在你赐给他们广阔肥沃的土地上得享你的厚恩，也不事奉你，不离开恶道。

他们执迷不悟，但我喜爱你的律法。

祂应许要带领你们脱离在埃及所受的苦难，到迦南人、赫人、亚摩利人、比利洗人，希未人和耶布斯人住的地方，那里是奶蜜之乡。’

“但耶书仑吃饱喝足，养肥长壮后，就得意忘形，背弃造他们的上帝，藐视救他们的磐石。他们拜外族的神明，令祂愤恨；行可憎之事，惹祂发怒。他们祭拜的不是真神，而是鬼魔，是他们素不认识的新神明，是他们祖先所不敬畏的。

“你们的上帝耶和华带领你们进入将要占领的土地时，会为你们赶走赫人、革迦撒人、亚摩利人、迦南人、比利洗人、希未人和耶布斯人这七个比你们强大的民族。

耶和华对摩西说：“你快要与祖先同眠了。这些百姓将很快在要占领的土地上与外族人的神明苟合，背弃我，违背我与他们所立的约。那时，我要向他们发怒，离弃他们，掩面不理他们。他们将被吞灭，遭遇许多祸患和灾难，以致他们会说，‘这些祸患临到我们岂不是因为上帝不在我们中间了吗？’

我要寻找迷失的，领回分散的，包扎受伤的，医治患病的，但我要消灭肥壮的。我要凭公义牧养他们。”

因为祂要带你们到一个佳美之地。那里的谷中和山间流淌着条条溪流、股股清泉；

他们良心丧尽，口出狂言。

他们胖得眼睛凸出，心中充满罪恶。
