Its western border was the Jordan in the Arabah, from Kinnereth to the Sea of the Arabah( that is, the Dead Sea), below the slopes of Pisgah.

The western border of Reuben and Gad is the Jordan River in the Arabah Valley. It reaches from the Sea of Galilee to the Dead Sea. It runs below the slopes of Pisgah.

the Arabah also, with the Jordan as the border, from Chinnereth as far as the Sea of the Arabah, the Salt Sea, under the slopes of Pisgah on the east.

They also received the Jordan Valley, all the way from the Sea of Galilee down to the Dead Sea, with the Jordan River serving as the western boundary. To the east were the slopes of Pisgah.

The Arabah and Jordan are also borders from Chinnereth as far as the Sea of the Arabah, the Dead Sea, under the slopes of Pisgah on the east.

自基尼烈海東、至鹽海之谷、近伯耶西末、又自南至比士迦山麓。

所多馬五王、咸會於西亭谷、後之鹽海、即其地也。

時溯流之水、驟行泛起、濤若堆立、離撒利但旁之亞當邑甚遠、下流之水、至鹽海谷、其流已斷、故耶利哥相向之所、民得過焉。

至近比士迦山麓之海、約但東平原俱為所得。

延至立拉、及河源之東、至基尼烈海東濱、沿約但河、至於鹽海、為爾東境、爾之四境即此。

乃導至鎖腓野、比士迦山巔、爰築壇七、各獻牛羊、

其東界即鹽海、至約但河口、其北界自海澳、即約但河口、

在谷中之伯亞蘭、伯寧喇、數割、撒分、及希實本王西宏地之半、沿約但河濱、至基尼烈海隅、在約但東、

自鹽海之濱、向南之澳。

其時所多馬蛾摩拉未為耶和華所滅。自約但平原至於瑣耳、土皆潤澤、猶耶和華園、可與埃及相頡頑、

望所多馬蛾摩拉、與平原一境、則見烟焰騰上、如出洪爐。當上帝翦滅平原、傾覆羅得所居之邑時、眷念亞伯拉罕、拯羅得出於災、

其界至伯曷拉北、出於鹽海之北澳、在約但河口、此其南界。
