You ate no bread and drank no wine or other fermented drink. I did this so that you might know that I am the Lord your God.”

You didn’t eat any bread. You didn’t drink any kind of wine. I did all these things because I wanted you to know that I am the Lord your God.”

and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of a spiritual rock that followed them, and the rock was Christ.

The children of Israel ate the manna forty years, until they came to an inhabited land. They ate the manna until they came to the borders of the land of Canaan.

Every man who strives in the games exercises self- control in all things. Now they do it to receive a corruptible crown, but we an incorruptible.

“ I have heard the murmurings of the children of Israel. Speak to them, saying,‘ At evening you shall eat meat, and in the morning you shall be filled with bread. Then you will know that I am Yahweh your God.’”
