也都喝了一樣的靈水，所喝的是出於跟隨着他們的靈磐石；那磐石就是基督。

以色列人吃嗎哪共四十年，直到進入有人居住的地方；他們吃嗎哪，直到迦南地的邊境。

凡參加競賽的，在各方面都要有節制，他們不過是要得會朽壞的冠冕；我們卻是要得不會朽壞的冠冕。

「我已經聽見以色列人的怨言了。你要對他們說：『到黃昏的時候，你們要吃肉，早晨也必有食物得飽。你們就知道我是耶和華－你們的神。』」
