You ate no bread and drank no wine or other fermented drink. I did this so that you might know that I am the Lord your God.”

You didn’t eat any bread. You didn’t drink any kind of wine. I did all these things because I wanted you to know that I am the Lord your God.”

別醉酒了（醉中有放蕩），卻要充充滿滿地滿有聖靈。

你從天上將糧食賜給他們、去給他們充饑，又使水從磐石間流出來、給他們解渴；你又吩咐他們要進來取得這地、就是你曾舉手起誓給他們的。

『你拿着手杖，召集會眾，你和你哥哥亞倫要召集他們；你們要在他們眼前吩咐磐石出水；你要為他們從磐石上引出水來、給會眾和他們的牲口喝。』

降嗎哪像雨做他們的糧食，將天降的穀物賜給他們。人喫天使的食物；上帝送下糧食給他們喫飽。

況且你也沒有將我們領到流奶與蜜之地，也沒有把田地和葡萄園給我們做產業。難道連我們這些人的眼睛你也要剜出來？我們不上去。』

也都喝了一樣的靈飲，從隨行着的屬靈磐石上喝的：那磐石就是上帝所膏立者基督。

以色列人喫嗎哪四十年，直到進了有人居住之地；他們喫嗎哪，直到進了迦南地的邊界。

凡參加運動競賽的、諸事都有節制。他們呢、是要得能朽壞的華冠；我們呢、是要得那不能朽壞的。
