You ate no bread and drank no wine or other fermented drink. I did this so that you might know that I am the Lord your God.”

都喝过同样的灵水，因为他们从那与他们同行的属灵磐石中得水喝，那磐石就是基督。

以色列百姓就在旷野吃了四十年的吗哪，直到他们到达有人烟的迦南为止。
