All the nations will say,‘ Why has the Lord done all this to this land? Why this great outburst of anger?’

所看见的人，连万国人，都必问说：‘耶和华为何向此地这样行呢？这样大发烈怒是什么意思呢？’

万国必说：‘耶和华为什么向此地这样做呢？为什么要大发烈怒呢？’

万国必说：‘耶和华为什么向此地这样做呢？为什么要大发烈怒呢？’

万国必问，‘耶和华为什么要这样对待这地方？祂为什么大发烈怒？’

看见了这些的人和万国的人都要问：‘耶和华为什么向这地这样行呢？为什么大发烈怒呢？’

萬國必說：『耶和華為甚麼向此地這樣做呢？為甚麼要大發烈怒呢？』

萬國必說：『耶和華為甚麼向此地這樣做呢？為甚麼要大發烈怒呢？』

萬國必問，『耶和華為什麼要這樣對待這地方？祂為什麼大發烈怒？』

看見了這些的人和萬國的人都要問：‘耶和華為甚麼向這地這樣行呢？為甚麼大發烈怒呢？’

這些看見的人、和萬國人必都說：「永恆主為甚麼這樣辦此地呢？這樣大的烈怒是甚麼意思呢？」

列邦人皆問曰、耶和華何為行此於斯土、其怒若是之烈、果何故乎、

俱必問曰、耶和華降罰於斯土、何為至於如此、其烈怒之甚、又曷故乎。

彼與列邦人皆必問曰、主何為如此待此地、其怒若是之烈何故、

All the nations will ask:“ Why has the Lord done this to this land? Why this fierce, burning anger?”

All the nations will ask,“ Why has the Lord done this to the land? What could have made him so very angry?”

all the nations will say,‘ Why has the Lord done thus to this land? What caused the heat of this great anger?’

“ And all the surrounding nations will ask,‘ Why has the Lord done this to this land? Why was he so angry?’

All the nations will ask,‘ Why has the LORD done this to this land? Why this intense outburst of anger?’

All nations would say,‘ Why has the Lord done so to this land? What does the heat of this great anger mean?’

even all the nations shall say, Wherefore hath Jehovah done thus unto this land? what meaneth the heat of this great anger?

All the nations will ask,‘ Why has the Lord done this to this land? Why this great outburst of anger?’

Even all nations shall say, Wherefore hath the LORD done thus unto this land? what[ meaneth] the heat of this great anger?

Then all the nations will ask,“ Why has the LORD done all this to this land? What is this fierce, heated display of anger all about?”

Even all the nations will say,“ Why has Yahweh done this to this land? What does the heat of this great anger mean?”

“ Many nations will pass by this city; and they will say to one another,‘ Why has the Lord done this to this great city?’Then they will answer,‘ Because they abandoned the covenant of the Lord their God and bowed down to other gods and served them.’ ”

And this house will become a heap of ruins; everyone who passes by it will be appalled and hiss and say,‘ Why has the Lord done such a thing to this land and this house?’And they will say,‘ Because they abandoned the Lord their God, who brought their fathers out of the land of Egypt, and they adopted other gods and worshiped and served them, for that reason the Lord has brought all this adversity on them.’ ”

As for this house, which was exalted, everyone who passes by it will be astonished and say,‘ Why has the Lord done these things to this land and to this house?’And they will say,‘ Because they abandoned the Lord, the God of their fathers, who brought them from the land of Egypt, and they adopted other gods, and worshiped and served them; therefore He has brought all this adversity on them.’ ”

All who pass along the way Clap their hands in ridicule at you; They hiss and shake their heads At the daughter of Jerusalem:“ Is this the city of which they said,‘ Perfect in beauty, A joy to all the earth’?”All your enemies Have opened their mouths wide against you; They hiss and gnash their teeth. They say,“ We have engulfed her! This certainly is the day which we awaited; We have reached it, we have seen it!”The Lord has done what He determined; He has accomplished His word Which He commanded from days of old. He has torn down without sparing, And He has helped the enemy to rejoice over you; He has exalted the might of your adversaries.

The kings of the earth did not believe, Nor did any of the inhabitants of the world, That the adversary and the enemy Would enter the gates of Jerusalem.

But because of your stubbornness and unrepentant heart you are storing up wrath for yourself on the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God,

Then they will comfort you when you see their conduct and actions, for you will know that I have not done without reason whatever I did to it,” declares the Lord God.
