Even all nations shall say, Wherefore hath the LORD done thus unto this land? what[ meaneth] the heat of this great anger?

所看见的人，连万国人，都必问说：‘耶和华为何向此地这样行呢？这样大发烈怒是什么意思呢？’

万国必说：‘耶和华为什么向此地这样做呢？为什么要大发烈怒呢？’

万国必说：‘耶和华为什么向此地这样做呢？为什么要大发烈怒呢？’

万国必问，‘耶和华为什么要这样对待这地方？祂为什么大发烈怒？’

看见了这些的人和万国的人都要问：‘耶和华为什么向这地这样行呢？为什么大发烈怒呢？’

所看見的人，連萬國人，都必問說：『耶和華為何向此地這樣行呢？這樣大發烈怒是甚麼意思呢？』

萬國必說：『耶和華為甚麼向此地這樣做呢？為甚麼要大發烈怒呢？』

萬國必說：『耶和華為甚麼向此地這樣做呢？為甚麼要大發烈怒呢？』

萬國必問，『耶和華為什麼要這樣對待這地方？祂為什麼大發烈怒？』

看見了這些的人和萬國的人都要問：‘耶和華為甚麼向這地這樣行呢？為甚麼大發烈怒呢？’

這些看見的人、和萬國人必都說：「永恆主為甚麼這樣辦此地呢？這樣大的烈怒是甚麼意思呢？」

列邦人皆問曰、耶和華何為行此於斯土、其怒若是之烈、果何故乎、

俱必問曰、耶和華降罰於斯土、何為至於如此、其烈怒之甚、又曷故乎。

彼與列邦人皆必問曰、主何為如此待此地、其怒若是之烈何故、

All the nations will ask:“ Why has the Lord done this to this land? Why this fierce, burning anger?”

All the nations will ask,“ Why has the Lord done this to the land? What could have made him so very angry?”

all the nations will say,‘ Why has the Lord done thus to this land? What caused the heat of this great anger?’

“ And all the surrounding nations will ask,‘ Why has the Lord done this to this land? Why was he so angry?’

All the nations will ask,‘ Why has the LORD done this to this land? Why this intense outburst of anger?’

All the nations will say,‘ Why has the Lord done all this to this land? Why this great outburst of anger?’

All nations would say,‘ Why has the Lord done so to this land? What does the heat of this great anger mean?’

even all the nations shall say, Wherefore hath Jehovah done thus unto this land? what meaneth the heat of this great anger?

All the nations will ask,‘ Why has the Lord done this to this land? Why this great outburst of anger?’

Then all the nations will ask,“ Why has the LORD done all this to this land? What is this fierce, heated display of anger all about?”

Even all the nations will say,“ Why has Yahweh done this to this land? What does the heat of this great anger mean?”

And many nations shall pass by this city, and they shall say every man to his neighbour, Wherefore hath the LORD done thus unto this great city?Then they shall answer, Because they have forsaken the covenant of the LORD their God, and worshipped other gods, and served them.

And at this house,[ which] is high, every one that passeth by it shall be astonished, and shall hiss; and they shall say, Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and to this house?And they shall answer, Because they forsook the LORD their God, who brought forth their fathers out of the land of Egypt, and have taken hold upon other gods, and have worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath the LORD brought upon them all this evil.

And this house, which is high, shall be an astonishment to every one that passeth by it; so that he shall say, Why hath the LORD done thus unto this land, and unto this house?And it shall be answered, Because they forsook the LORD God of their fathers, which brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, and laid hold on other gods, and worshipped them, and served them: therefore hath he brought all this evil upon them.

All that pass by clap[ their] hands at thee; they hiss and wag their head at the daughter of Jerusalem,[ saying, Is] this the city that[ men] call The perfection of beauty, The joy of the whole earth?All thine enemies have opened their mouth against thee: they hiss and gnash the teeth: they say, We have swallowed[ her] up: certainly this[ is] the day that we looked for; we have found, we have seen[ it].The LORD hath done[ that] which he had devised; he hath fulfilled his word that he had commanded in the days of old: he hath thrown down, and hath not pitied: and he hath caused[ thine] enemy to rejoice over thee, he hath set up the horn of thine adversaries.

The kings of the earth, and all the inhabitants of the world, would not have believed that the adversary and the enemy should have entered into the gates of Jerusalem.

But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God;

And they shall comfort you, when ye see their ways and their doings: and ye shall know that I have not done without cause all that I have done in it, saith the Lord GOD.
