我同你們立約宣誓，是恐怕你們中間有人、或男人或女人、或家族或族派、今日心裏偏離了永恆主我們的上帝，去事奉那些國的神；又恐怕你們中間有惡根、結出毒菜和苦堇為果實來，

惟恐你们中间，或男或女，或族长或支派长，今日心里偏离耶和华我们的神，去侍奉那些国的神；又怕你们中间有恶根生出苦菜和茵陈来，

惟恐你们中间有人，或男或女，或宗族或支派，今日心里偏离耶和华—我们的上帝，去事奉那些国的神明，又怕你们中间有根长出苦菜和茵陈来。

你们中间，不论男人或女人，家族或支派，切不可有人背弃我们的上帝耶和华，去祭拜列国的神明，免得你们中间有残根长出苦毒的果实，

恐怕你们中间有男人或女人，家族或支派，今日心里偏离了耶和华我们的神，去事奉那些国的神，又恐怕你们中间有恶根，生出毒草和苦堇来；

惟恐你們中間，或男或女，或族長或支派長，今日心裏偏離耶和華－我們的神，去事奉那些國的神；又怕你們中間有惡根生出苦菜和茵蔯來，

惟恐你們中間有人，或男或女，或宗族或支派，今日心裏偏離耶和華－我們的上帝，去事奉那些國的神明，又怕你們中間有根長出苦菜和茵蔯來。

爾中之男女、宗族支派、其心毋違我上帝耶和華、而奉事他邦之上帝、爾中之人、其毒毋太苦、如茵蔯之根、

如爾中或男或女、或宗族、或支派、今日心棄主我之天主、往事此諸邦之神、若有苦毒之根、生於爾中、

Make sure there is no man or woman, clan or tribe among you today whose heart turns away from the Lord our God to go and worship the gods of those nations; make sure there is no root among you that produces such bitter poison.

Make sure there isn’t a man or woman among your families or tribes who turns away from the Lord our God. No one must worship the gods of those nations. Make sure that kind of worship doesn’t spread like bitter poison through your whole community.

Beware lest there be among you a man or woman or clan or tribe whose heart is turning away today from the Lord our God to go and serve the gods of those nations. Beware lest there be among you a root bearing poisonous and bitter fruit,

I am making this covenant with you so that no one among you— no man, woman, clan, or tribe— will turn away from the Lord our God to worship these gods of other nations, and so that no root among you bears bitter and poisonous fruit.

Be sure there is no man, woman, clan, or tribe among you today whose heart turns away from the LORD our God to go and worship the gods of those nations. Be sure there is no root among you bearing poisonous and bitter fruit.

so that there will not be among you a man or woman, or family or tribe, whose heart turns away today from the Lord our God, to go to serve the gods of those nations; that there will not be among you a root bearing poisonous fruit and wormwood.

lest there should be among you man, or woman, or family, or tribe, whose heart turneth away this day from Jehovah our God, to go to serve the gods of those nations; lest there should be among you a root that beareth gall and wormwood;

Be sure there is no man, woman, clan, or tribe among you today whose heart turns away from the Lord our God to go and worship the gods of those nations. Be sure there is no root among you bearing poisonous and bitter fruit.

Beware that the heart of no man, woman, clan, or tribe among you turns away from the LORD our God today to pursue and serve the gods of those nations; beware that there is among you no root producing poisonous and bitter fruit.

lest there should be among you man, woman, family, or tribe whose heart turns away today from Yahweh our God, to go to serve the gods of those nations; lest there should be among you a root that produces bitter poison;

你們要小心關顧，免得有人在上帝的恩惠上趕不上；免得有苦恨之根長起來纏磨你們，許多人便由這個而被染污；

你們要謹慎，免得你們的心受迷惑，你們就偏離了我、去事奉敬拜別的神，以致永恆主向你們發怒，就把天抑制着，使天沒有雨水，田地生不出土產，你們就會從永恆主所賜給你們的美地上迅速地滅亡。

『你們中間若有神言人或是作夢的起來，給你一個神迹或奇事；那神迹或奇事應驗了；他就對你講到這事說：「我們去隨從別的神，服事他們吧」；這些神是你素來所不認識的；你不可聽那神言人或那作夢的人的話；因為永恆主你們的上帝在試驗着你們、要知道你們是不是真地全心全意愛永恆主你們的上帝。你們要跟從永恆主你們的上帝，敬畏他，遵守他的誡命，聽他的聲音，事奉他，緊依附着他。至於那神言人或那作夢的，則必須被處死，因為他說了叛逆的話背叛着永恆主你們的上帝、那領你們出埃及地，贖救你脫離為奴之家的上帝，要勾引你離開永恆主你的上帝所吩咐你走的道路。這樣你就把那壞事從你中間肅清了。『你的同母弟兄、或是你的兒子或女兒、或是你懷中的妻子，或是如同你性命的朋友，若暗中教唆你、說：「我們去事奉別的神吧」；這些神是你和你列祖素來所不認識的，是你們四圍別族之民的神。無論是離你近，或是離你遠的神、是從地這邊到地那邊的神。你都不可依順他，不可聽從他；你的眼不可顧惜他；你不要可憐他，不可藏匿他；總要殺他；你先下手，然後眾民也下手、將他處死。你要拿石頭打他，打到他死去，因為他想法子要勾引你離開永恆主你的上帝、那把你從埃及地從為奴之家領出來的。這樣、全以色列聽見，就會懼怕，再也不會在你中間行這樣的惡了。『在永恆主你的上帝所賜給你居住的一個城中、你若聽說有人出來、是無賴子、勾引了他們城內的居民說：「我們去事奉別的神吧」；這些神是你們素來所不認識的；那麼你就要查究、搜索、仔細地究問。若這事實真地成立了，真有這可厭惡的事行於你中間，那麼你就一定要把那城裏的居民用刀擊殺掉，將那城和城裏所有的一切、連牲口、都用刀盡行毁滅歸神。

因此萬軍之永恆主以色列之上帝這麼說：看吧，我必將苦堇給這些人民喫，將毒苦水給他們喝。

馬哪能在崖石上跑呢？人哪能用牛去耕海呢？然而你們卻使公平變為毒草，使公義變為苦堇！

所以弟兄們，你們要謹慎，恐怕你們中間有人存着不信之邪惡心，以至於背棄了永活的上帝。

因為我看你在極苦之苦膽中、在不義之捆綁裏。』

『在你中間、在永恆主你的上帝所賜給你的任一座城內、若發現有男人或女人行永恆主你的上帝所看為壞的事，越犯了他的約，去事奉敬拜別的神，也拜日頭或月亮、或是任何天象、是我所沒有吩咐拜的；有人告訴了你，你也聽見了，那麼你就要仔細地查究；若這事實真地成立了，真有這可厭惡的事行於以色列中，那麼你就要將行這壞事的那個男人、或是女人、拉出來、到城門那裏，拿石頭打那男人或女人，打到他們死去。憑着兩個見證人或三個見證人的口、那該死的人就要被處死；只憑着一個見證人的口、是不可以被處死的。見證人要先下手，然後眾民也下手，將他處死。這樣，你就把那壞事從你中間肅清了。

嘿，講空話，起假誓，立盟約！莫怪司法如毒草、發生於田間的犂溝中呀！
