『倘若你不謹慎遵行寫在這書上的這律法之一切話，不敬畏這榮耀而可畏懼的名：「耶和華你的上帝」，

如爾不守此書所載法律之言、不畏爾上帝耶和華尊榮可畏之名、

如爾不守此書所錄律法諸言、爾上帝耶和華尊榮可畏之名、爾如不畏、

如爾不謹守遵行此書所載律法諸言、不畏主爾之天主、不畏其至尊可畏之名、

If you do not carefully follow all the words of this law, which are written in this book, and do not revere this glorious and awesome name— the Lord your God—

Be careful to follow all the words of this law. They are written in this scroll. Have respect for the glorious and wonderful name of the Lord your God. If you don’t,

我是耶和华，这是我的名；我必不将我的荣耀归给别神，也不将我所得的颂赞归给雕刻的偶像。

上帝对摩西说：“我是自有永有的”；又说：“你要对以色列人这样说：‘那自有永有的差派我到你们这里来。’”上帝又对摩西说：“你要对以色列人这样说：‘耶和华—你们祖宗的上帝，就是亚伯拉罕的上帝，以撒的上帝，雅各的上帝差派我到你们这里来。’这是我的名，直到永远；这也是我的称号，直到万代。

“听啊，我的子民，我要说话！以色列啊，我要审问你；我是上帝，是你的上帝！

你要敬畏耶和华—你的上帝，事奉他，奉他的名起誓。

你们却不听我，不侧耳而听，竟硬着颈项行恶，比你们的祖先更甚。“你要将这一切的话告诉他们，他们却不听你；呼唤他们，他们却不回应。你要对他们说：‘这就是不听从耶和华—他们上帝的话、不领受训诲的国民；诚信已从他们口中消失殆尽了。

上帝吩咐摩西，对他说：“我是耶和华。我从前向亚伯拉罕、以撒、雅各显现为全能的上帝；至于我的名耶和华，我未曾让他们知道。

关乎耶和华他们说了虚谎的话：“他不会的，灾祸必不临到我们，我们也不会遇见刀剑和饥荒。

“你若不听从耶和华—你上帝的话，不谨守遵行他的一切诫命律例，就是我今日所吩咐你的，这一切的诅咒必临到你身上，追随你：

你不要害怕，因为我与你同在；不要惊惶，因为我是你的上帝。我必坚固你，帮助你，用我公义的右手扶持你。

耶和华在云中降临，与摩西一同站在那里，宣告耶和华的名。耶和华在他面前经过，宣告：“耶和华，耶和华，有怜悯，有恩惠的上帝，不轻易发怒，且有丰盛的慈爱和信实，为千代的人存留慈爱，赦免罪孽、过犯和罪恶，万不以有罪的为无罪，必惩罚人的罪，自父及子，直到三、四代。”

愿他们认识你的名是耶和华，惟独你是掌管全地的至高者！

利未人耶书亚、甲篾、巴尼、哈沙尼、示利比、荷第雅、示巴尼、毗他希雅说：“起来，称颂耶和华—你们的上帝，永世无尽：‘你荣耀之名是应当称颂的，超乎一切称颂和赞美。

“你们若不听从我，不遵行这一切的诫命，厌弃我的律例，心中厌恶我的典章，不遵行我一切的诫命，背弃了我的约，

你们岂可偷盗，杀害，奸淫，起假誓，向巴力烧香，随从素不认识的别神，又来到这称为我名下的殿，在我面前敬拜，说‘我们平安无事’，为了要行这一切可憎的事呢？

他荣耀的名也当称颂，直到永远。愿他的荣耀充满全地！阿们！阿们！

那杀人身体但不能灭人灵魂的，不要怕他们；惟有那能在地狱里毁灭身体和灵魂的，才要怕他。

因为我们知道谁说：“伸冤在我，我必报应。”又说：“主要审判他的百姓。”落在永生上帝的手里真是可怕呀！

“我是耶和华—你的上帝，曾将你从埃及地为奴之家领出来。

行诡诈的人是可诅咒的！他的群畜中虽有公羊，他许了愿，却将有残疾的献给主。因我是大君王，我的名在列国中是可畏的。这是万军之耶和华说的。”

所以，既然我们得了不能被震动的国度，就要感恩，照着上帝所喜悦的，用虔诚、敬畏的心事奉上帝，因为我们的上帝是吞灭的火。
