Your sons and daughters will be given to another nation, and you will wear out your eyes watching for them day after day, powerless to lift a hand.

Your children will be given to another nation. Day after day you will watch for them to come back. But you will only wear out your eyes. You won’t be able to help your children.

Your sons and your daughters shall be given to another people, while your eyes look on and fail with longing for them all day long, but you shall be helpless.

看哪，我們的祖宗倒在刀下，我們的妻子兒女也為此被擄掠。

我因渴望你的話眼睛失明，說：「你何時安慰我呢？」

我因盼望你的救恩和你公義的言語眼睛失明。

有的說：「我們和兒女人口眾多，必須得糧食吃，才能活下去。」有的說：「我們典押了田地、葡萄園、房屋，才得糧食充飢。」有的說：「我們借了錢付田地和葡萄園的稅給王。現在，我們的身體與我們弟兄的身體是一樣的，我們的兒女與他們的兒女沒有差別。看哪，我們卻要迫使兒女作人的奴婢。我們有些女兒已被搶走了，我們卻無能為力，因為我們的田地和葡萄園已經歸了別人。」

控告朋友為了分享產業的，他兒女的眼睛要失明。

但惡人的眼睛要失明；他們無路可逃，他們的指望就是氣絕身亡。」

我的眼睛流淚，以致失明；我的心腸煩亂，肝膽落地，都因我的百姓遭毀滅，又因孩童和吃奶的在城內的廣場上昏厥。

我因呼求困乏，喉嚨發乾；我因等候上帝，眼睛失明。

錫安哪，你要疼痛生產，彷彿臨產的婦人；因為你必從城裏出來，住在田野；你要到巴比倫去，在那裏，你要蒙解救，在那裏，耶和華必救贖你脫離仇敵的手掌。

所以我要把你們擄到大馬士革以外。」這是耶和華說的，他的名為萬軍之上帝。

你身所生的，你地所產的，以及牛犢、羔羊，都必受詛咒。

我在境內各關口用簸箕篩我的百姓，使他們喪掉兒女，又毀滅他們，他們仍不轉離所行的道。他們的寡婦在我面前比海沙更多；我使滅命者在正午來到，攻擊年輕人的母親，使痛苦驚嚇忽然臨到她身上。生過七個孩子的婦人衰弱；尚在白晝，太陽忽然落下，她就抱愧蒙羞。我必當着敵人的面，將他們當中的倖存者交給刀劍。這是耶和華說的。

「你，人子啊，那日當我除掉他們所倚靠的保障、所歡喜的榮耀，並眼中所喜愛的，心裏所重看的兒女時，

我像燕子呢喃，像白鶴鳴叫，又如鴿子哀鳴；我因仰望，眼睛困倦。主啊，我受欺壓，求你為我作保。

摩押啊，你有禍了！基抹的百姓啊，你們滅亡了！基抹的男子逃亡，女子被擄，交給了亞摩利王西宏。

因這些事我們心裏發昏，眼睛昏花。

「你不可在這地方娶妻，為自己生兒育女。因為論到在這地方所生的兒女，又論到在這國中生他們的父母，耶和華如此說：他們必死於致命的疾病，無人哀哭，不得埋葬，在地上如糞土，因刀劍和饑荒而滅絕；他們的屍首必給空中的飛鳥和地上的走獸作食物。

我們的眼目徒然仰望幫助，以致失明，我們從瞭望臺所守望的，竟是一個不能救人的國！

在那些國中，你必得不到安寧，腳掌也沒有安歇之處；耶和華卻要使你在那裏心中發顫，眼目失明，精神沮喪。
