The fruit of your womb will be cursed, and the crops of your land, and the calves of your herds and the lambs of your flocks.

Your children will be cursed. Your crops will be cursed. Your calves and lambs will be cursed.

Cursed shall be the fruit of your womb and the fruit of your ground, the increase of your herds and the young of your flock.

For behold, the days are coming, in which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the breasts that never gave suck.Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.

thou shalt not bow down thyself unto them, nor serve them; for I, Jehovah, thy God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children, and upon the third and upon the fourth generation of them that hate me;

His roots shall be dried up beneath, And above shall his branch be cut off.His remembrance shall perish from the earth, And he shall have no name in the street.He shall be driven from light into darkness, And chased out of the world.He shall have neither son nor son’s son among his people, Nor any remaining where he sojourned.

For though the fig- tree shall not flourish, Neither shall fruit be in the vines; The labor of the olive shall fail, And the fields shall yield no food; The flock shall be cut off from the fold, And there shall be no herd in the stalls:

Cursed shalt thou be in the city, and cursed shalt thou be in the field.
