“‘接受贿赂杀人，流无辜人的血的，必受咒诅。’众民都要说：‘阿们。’

“ Cursed is anyone who accepts a bribe to kill an innocent person.” Then all the people shall say,“ Amen!”

“ May anyone who accepts money to kill someone who isn’t guilty of doing anything wrong be under the Lord’ s curse.” Then all the people will say,“ Amen!”

“‘ Cursed be anyone who takes a bribe to shed innocent blood.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’

‘ Cursed is anyone who accepts payment to kill an innocent person.’ And all the people will reply,‘ Amen.’

‘ The one who accepts a bribe to kill an innocent person is cursed.’ And all the people will say,‘ Amen!’

‘ Cursed is he who accepts a bribe to attack an innocent person.’ And all the people shall say,‘ Amen.’

Cursed be he that taketh a bribe to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen.

‘ The one who accepts a bribe to kill an innocent person is cursed.’ And all the people will say,‘ Amen!’

Cursed[ be] he that taketh reward to slay an innocent person. And all the people shall say, Amen.

Keep yourself far from a false matter; do not kill the innocent and righteous. For I will not justify the wicked.And you shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds the discerning and perverts the words of the righteous.

For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality nor takes a bribe.

You shall not pervert justice; you shall not show partiality, nor take a bribe, for a bribe blinds the eyes of the wise and twists the words of the righteous.

He who does not put out his money at usury, Nor does he take a bribe against the innocent. He who does these things shall never be moved.

Who build up Zion with bloodshed And Jerusalem with iniquity:Her heads judge for a bribe, Her priests teach for pay, And her prophets divine for money. Yet they lean on the Lord, and say,“ Is not the Lord among us? No harm can come upon us.”

The faithful man has perished from the earth, And there is no one upright among men. They all lie in wait for blood; Every man hunts his brother with a net.That they may successfully do evil with both hands— The prince asks for gifts, The judge seeks a bribe, And the great man utters his evil desire; So they scheme together.

and said,“ What are you willing to give me if I deliver Him to you?” And they counted out to him thirty pieces of silver.

Then Judas, His betrayer, seeing that He had been condemned, was remorseful and brought back the thirty pieces of silver to the chief priests and elders,saying,“ I have sinned by betraying innocent blood.” And they said,“ What is that to us? You see to it!”

In you they take bribes to shed blood; you take usury and increase; you have made profit from your neighbors by extortion, and have forgotten Me,” says the Lord GOD.“ Behold, therefore, I beat My fists at the dishonest profit which you have made, and at the bloodshed which has been in your midst.

If they say,“ Come with us, Let us lie in wait to shed blood; Let us lurk secretly for the innocent without cause;Let us swallow them alive like Sheol, And whole, like those who go down to the Pit;We shall find all kinds of precious possessions, We shall fill our houses with spoil;Cast in your lot among us, Let us all have one purse”—My son, do not walk in the way with them, Keep your foot from their path;For their feet run to evil, And they make haste to shed blood.Surely, in vain the net is spread In the sight of any bird;But they lie in wait for their own blood, They lurk secretly for their own lives.So are the ways of everyone who is greedy for gain; It takes away the life of its owners.Wisdom calls aloud outside; She raises her voice in the open squares.She cries out in the chief concourses, At the openings of the gates in the city She speaks her words:“ How long, you simple ones, will you love simplicity? For scorners delight in their scorning, And fools hate knowledge.Turn at my rebuke; Surely I will pour out my spirit on you; I will make my words known to you.Because I have called and you refused, I have stretched out my hand and no one regarded,Because you disdained all my counsel, And would have none of my rebuke,I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your terror comes,When your terror comes like a storm, And your destruction comes like a whirlwind, When distress and anguish come upon you.“ Then they will call on me, but I will not answer; They will seek me diligently, but they will not find me.Because they hated knowledge And did not choose the fear of the Lord,
