於是我們哀求耶和華－我們列祖的神，耶和華聽見我們的聲音，看見我們所受的困苦、勞碌、欺壓，

於是我們哀求耶和華我們列祖的上帝。耶和華聽見我們的聲音，看見我們所受的困苦、勞役和欺壓，

於是我們哀求耶和華我們列祖的神。耶和華聽見我們的聲音，看見我們所受的困苦、勞役和欺壓，

於是我們向耶和華我們列祖的神呼求，耶和華聽見了我們的聲音，看見了我們所受的困苦、勞碌和壓迫，

於是我們向永恆主我們列祖的上帝哀叫，永恆主聽了我們的聲音，看見我們所受的困苦、患難、和壓迫；

我籲我列祖之上帝耶和華、蒙其垂聽、鑒我所受之艱難、勞苦暴虐、

我呼籲我祖之上帝耶和華、蒙其垂聽、鑒我困苦、備歷艱難、受人暴虐。

我儕呼籲主我列祖之天主、主垂聽我聲、鑒我所受之困苦艱難暴虐、

Then we cried out to the Lord, the God of our ancestors, and the Lord heard our voice and saw our misery, toil and oppression.

Then we cried out to the Lord. He is the God of our people who lived long ago. He heard our voice. He saw how much we were suffering. The Egyptians were treating us badly. They were making us work very hard.

Then we cried to the Lord, the God of our fathers, and the Lord heard our voice and saw our affliction, our toil, and our oppression.

we cried out to the Lord, the God of our ancestors. He heard our cries and saw our hardship, toil, and oppression.

So we called out to the LORD, the God of our ancestors, and the LORD heard our cry and saw our misery, hardship, and oppression.

Then we cried out to the Lord, the God of our fathers, and the Lord heard our voice and saw our wretched condition, our trouble, and our oppression;

Then we cried out to the Lord God of our fathers, and the Lord heard our voice and looked on our affliction and our labor and our oppression.

and we cried unto Jehovah, the God of our fathers, and Jehovah heard our voice, and saw our affliction, and our toil, and our oppression;

So we called out to Yahweh, the God of our fathers, and the Lord heard our cry and saw our misery, hardship, and oppression.

And when we cried unto the LORD God of our fathers, the LORD heard our voice, and looked on our affliction, and our labour, and our oppression:

So we cried out to the LORD, the God of our ancestors, and he heard us and saw our humiliation, toil, and oppression.

Then we cried to Yahweh, the God of our fathers. Yahweh heard our voice, and saw our affliction, our toil, and our oppression.

現在，以色列人的呼求傳到我耳中，我也看到了埃及人怎樣壓迫他們。

過了多年，埃及王死了。以色列人受盡奴役，就哀歎呼求，聲音傳到上帝那裡。上帝聽見他們的哀聲，顧念從前跟亞伯拉罕、以撒、雅各所立的約，就垂顧他們，體恤他們。摩西為岳父米甸祭司葉忒羅放羊。一天他領著羊群穿越曠野，來到上帝的山——何烈山。忽然有耶和華的天使在荊棘裡的火焰中向他顯現。摩西看見荊棘雖然在燃燒，卻沒有被燒毀。摩西想：「我要過去看這個奇異的景象，荊棘為什麼沒有被燒掉呢？」耶和華上帝見他要上前觀看，就從荊棘叢中呼喚他說：「摩西！摩西！」摩西說：「我在這裡。」

百姓相信了。以色列人聽見耶和華眷顧他們、看到了他們的苦難，都俯伏敬拜祂。

我的心啊，要稱頌耶和華，我要全心全意地稱頌祂的聖名。我的心啊，要稱頌耶和華，不要忘記祂的一切恩惠。

「明天這個時候，我會從便雅憫境內差遣一個人到你這裡，你要膏立他做我以色列子民的首領，他會從非利士人手中把我的子民拯救出來，因為我已聽到我子民的呼求，我要施恩給他們。」

求你眷顧我、憐憫我，像你素來恩待那些愛你的人一樣。

我已聽見以色列人因受埃及人的奴役而發出的呼求，也想起了我的約。

在患難中呼求我，我必拯救你，你必尊崇我。」

我愛耶和華，因為祂垂聽了我的呼求和禱告。因為祂垂聽我的祈求，我一生都要向祂禱告。死亡的繩索纏繞我，陰間的恐怖籠罩我，我被困苦和憂愁淹沒。於是，我求告耶和華，說：「耶和華啊，求你拯救我。」

上帝的能力運行在我們裡面，能夠豐豐富富地成就一切，超過我們所求所想的。願祂在教會中，在基督耶穌裡得到榮耀，直到世世代代，永永遠遠。阿們！

「耶和華創造大地，使其成形、根基穩固，祂名叫耶和華。祂說，

耶和華從至高的聖所俯視人間，從天上察看大地，要垂聽被囚之人的哀歎，釋放被判死刑的人。

也許耶和華會體察我的困苦，因我今天所受的咒罵而賜福給我。」
