則必舉爾於高、勝於所造四方之億兆、肇錫嘉名、加以尊榮、可為聖民、以事爾上帝耶和華、循其所許。

He has declared that he will set you in praise, fame and honor high above all the nations he has made and that you will be a people holy to the Lord your God, as he promised.

He has announced that he will make you famous. He’ll give you more praise and honor than all the other nations he has made. And he has said that you will be a holy nation. The Lord your God has set you apart for himself. That’s exactly what he promised to do.

因为你们属于你们的上帝耶和华，是圣洁的民族，祂从天下万族中拣选了你们做祂的子民——祂宝贵的产业。

“你们若全心顺服你们的上帝耶和华，谨遵祂今天借我吩咐你们的一切诫命，祂必使你们超越天下万国。

他们将被称为圣民，是耶和华救赎的人。你将被称为蒙眷爱、不再被撇弃的城。

你们要归于我，作祭司之国、圣洁之邦。这些话你要告诉以色列人。’”

但你们是蒙拣选的族群，是君尊的祭司，是圣洁的国度，是上帝的子民，因此你们可以宣扬上帝的美德。祂曾呼召你们离开黑暗，进入祂奇妙的光明。

我们的上帝耶和华与我们如此亲近，随时垂听我们的呼求，有哪个伟大民族的神明能与之相比？有哪个伟大的民族拥有我今天所传授给你们的如此公义的律例和典章？

你们也如同活石，被用来建造属灵的宫殿，好做圣洁的祭司，借着耶稣基督献上蒙上帝悦纳的灵祭。

这城要使我在天下万国面前得到尊崇、颂赞和荣耀。万民听见我使这城繁荣昌盛，都恐惧战栗。’”

看啊，那时我必惩罚所有欺压你的人，拯救瘸腿的，召回分散的，使他们的羞辱化为尊荣，声名远播。

“你们若遵守你们上帝耶和华的诫命，遵行祂的旨意，祂必按自己的誓言使你们成为祂圣洁的子民。

鼻环、耳环和华冠。这样，你戴的是金银首饰，穿的是绫罗绸缎，吃的是细面粉、蜂蜜和油。你变得美艳绝伦，晋升为王后。你的美貌名扬四方，因为我给你的华贵使你美貌无比。这是主耶和华说的。

祂使自己的子民强盛，叫祂忠心的子民，祂心爱的以色列人得到尊荣。你们要赞美耶和华！

他们必骑着马、驾着车、坐着轿、骑着骡子或骆驼，把你们的弟兄从各国带到我的圣山耶路撒冷，作为供物献给耶和华，好像以色列人用洁净的器皿把素祭带到耶和华的殿中。这是耶和华说的。”耶和华说：“我要在他们中间立一些人做祭司和利未人。”

我本想使以色列人和犹大人紧靠着我，就像腰带紧贴在人的腰间，让他们做我的子民，使我声名远扬、得到赞美和尊崇，他们却不肯听从。这是耶和华说的。’

你们若听从你们的上帝耶和华借我今天吩咐你们的诫命，谨慎遵行，毫不偏离，也不随从、供奉别的神明，祂必使你们做首不做尾，居上不居下。
