and now I bring the firstfruits of the soil that you, Lord, have given me.” Place the basket before the Lord your God and bow down before him.

So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do everything for the glory of God.

“ You must not hold back offerings from your harvest or your vats. Give me the firstborn of your sons.

You are to give him the firstfruits of your grain, new wine, and fresh oil, and the first sheared wool of your flock.

take some of the first of all the land’s produce that you harvest from the land the LORD your God is giving you and put it in a basket. Then go to the place where the LORD your God chooses to have his name dwell.

Today you have affirmed that the LORD is your God and that you will walk in his ways, keep his statutes, commands, and ordinances, and obey him.

All the nations you have made will come and bow down before you, Lord, and will honor your name.

Honor the LORD with your possessions and with the first produce of your entire harvest;

Therefore, every one of you who judges is without excuse. For when you judge another, you condemn yourself, since you, the judge, do the same things.

“ Then the priest will take the basket from you and place it before the altar of the LORD your God.

Come, let’s worship and bow down; let’s kneel before the LORD our Maker.

All humanity will come to worship me from one New Moon to another and from one Sabbath to another,” says the LORD.

But who am I, and who are my people, that we should be able to give as generously as this? For everything comes from you, and we have given you only what comes from your own hand.

“ The contribution of their gifts also belongs to you. I have given all the Israelites’ presentation offerings to you and to your sons and daughters as a permanent statute. Every ceremonially clean person in your house may eat it.I am giving you all the best of the fresh oil, new wine, and grain, which the Israelites give to the LORD as their firstfruits.The firstfruits of all that is in their land, which they bring to the LORD, belong to you. Every clean person in your house may eat them.

All who prosper on earth will eat and bow down; all those who go down to the dust will kneel before him— even the one who cannot preserve his life.

Just as each one has received a gift, use it to serve others, as good stewards of the varied grace of God.If anyone speaks, let it be as one who speaks God’s words; if anyone serves, let it be from the strength God provides, so that God may be glorified through Jesus Christ in everything. To him be the glory and the power forever and ever. Amen.

All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD. All the families of the nations will bow down before you,

But he said to me,“ Don’t do that! I am a fellow servant with you, your brothers the prophets, and those who keep the words of this book. Worship God!”

“ When the LORD your God brings you into the land he swore to your ancestors Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob that he would give you— a land with large and beautiful cities that you did not build,houses full of every good thing that you did not fill them with, cisterns that you did not dig, and vineyards and olive groves that you did not plant— and when you eat and are satisfied,be careful not to forget the LORD who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the place of slavery.Fear the LORD your God, worship him, and take your oaths in his name.
