When you have entered the land the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance and have taken possession of it and settled in it,

爾既至主爾天主所賜爾為業之地、得而居之、

You will enter the land the Lord your God is giving you as your own. You will take it over. You will make your homes in the land.

“ When you come into the land that the Lord your God is giving you for an inheritance and have taken possession of it and live in it,

“ When you enter the land the Lord your God is giving you as a special possession and you have conquered it and settled there,

“ When you enter the land the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance, and you take possession of it and live in it,

“ Then it shall be, when you enter the land which the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, and you take possession of it and live in it,

When you enter the land that the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance, and you occupy it and live in it,

It shall be, when you have come in to the land which Yahweh your God gives you for an inheritance, possess it, and dwell in it,

When you enter the land the Lord your God is giving you and have taken possession of it and settled in it, and you say,“ Let us set a king over us like all the nations around us,”

“ Speak to the Israelites and say to them:‘ When you enter the land to which I am taking you

When you enter the land the Lord your God is giving you, do not learn to imitate the detestable ways of the nations there.

These are the commands, decrees and laws the Lord your God directed me to teach you to observe in the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess,so that you, your children and their children after them may fear the Lord your God as long as you live by keeping all his decrees and commands that I give you, and so that you may enjoy long life.Hear, Israel, and be careful to obey so that it may go well with you and that you may increase greatly in a land flowing with milk and honey, just as the Lord, the God of your ancestors, promised you.Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God, the Lord is one.Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.These commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts.Impress them on your children. Talk about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.Tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads.Write them on the doorframes of your houses and on your gates.When the Lord your God brings you into the land he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, to give you— a land with large, flourishing cities you did not build,

If a prophet, or one who foretells by dreams, appears among you and announces to you a sign or wonder,

You must certainly put them to death. Your hand must be the first in putting them to death, and then the hands of all the people.

But you stay here with me so that I may give you all the commands, decrees and laws you are to teach them to follow in the land I am giving them to possess.”

When the Lord your God brings you into the land you are entering to possess and drives out before you many nations— the Hittites, Girgashites, Amorites, Canaanites, Perizzites, Hivites and Jebusites, seven nations larger and stronger than you—

“ Speak to the Israelites and say to them:‘ After you enter the land I am giving you as a home
