願其裔被絕、其名塗於後世兮、

斥列邦而翦惡類、永塗其名兮、

更購瑪倫妻摩押女路得為妻、俾承其業、以繼死者之名、免其名絕於昆弟、及故鄉之門、汝眾為證、在邑門之眾、與諸長老曰、我儕為證、願耶和華使適爾家之婦、如拉結利亞、肇造以色列家者、亦願爾稱豪於以法他、得名於伯利恆、願爾之家、由耶和華賜此少婦之子成立、如他瑪從猶大所生法勒斯之家、

爾且聽我、我殲滅之、塗其名於天下、使爾後裔為國、較彼尤大且強、
