When you are harvesting in your field and you overlook a sheaf, do not go back to get it. Leave it for the foreigner, the fatherless and the widow, so that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.

When you are gathering crops in your field, you might leave some grain behind by mistake. Don’t go back to get it. Leave it behind for outsiders and widows. Leave it for children whose fathers have died. Then the Lord your God will bless you in everything you do.

这样，利未人（因为他在你们中间无分无业），以及在你城里的寄居者和孤儿寡妇，就可以来，吃得饱足；好叫耶和华你的神在你手所作的一切事上，赐福给你。”

有人慷慨好施，财富却更增添；有人吝啬过度，反招致贫穷。乐善好施的人，必得丰裕；施惠于人的，自己也必蒙施惠。

不是要把你的食物分给饥饿的人，把流浪的穷困人接到你的家里，见到赤身露体的，给他衣服蔽体，不可逃避自己的骨肉而不顾恤吗？这样，你的光就必突然发出，像黎明的曙光，你的伤口就必快快复原；你的公义就必行在你的前面，耶和华的荣耀要作你的后盾。那时，你求告，耶和华必应允；你呼求，他必说：“我在这里！”你若从你中间除掉欺压人的轭，除去指责人的指头和恶毒的言语，你的心若顾念饥饿的人，使困苦的人得到饱足，你的光就必在黑暗中升起来，你的幽暗必变得如正午。耶和华必常常引导你，在干旱之地使你的心灵饱足，使你的骨头坚强有力；你必像有水源浇灌的园子，又像水流不绝的泉源。

你摆筵席的时候，总要邀请那贫穷的、残废的、瘸腿的、瞎眼的，那你就有福了。因为他们没有什么可以报答你，义人复活的时候，你必定得着报答。”

你就要在耶和华你的神面前说：‘我已经把圣物从家里除去了，也分给了利未人、寄居的和孤儿寡妇，都照着你吩咐我的一切诫命；你的命令我都没有违背，也没有忘记。

关怀穷乏人的有福了；在遭难的日子，耶和华必救他。耶和华要保护他，使他生存；他在地上要称为有福的；求你不要照着他敌人的心愿把他交给他们。他患病在床，耶和华必扶持他；在病榻中你使他恢复健康。

高尚的人却筹谋高尚的事，他也必坚持这些高尚的事。

你打橄榄树以后，枝上剩下的不可再打，要留给寄居的、孤儿和寡妇。你收取葡萄园的葡萄以后，剩下的不可再摘，要留给寄居的、孤儿和寡妇。

他广施钱财，周济穷人；他的仁义存到永远；他的角必被高举，大有荣耀。

还有，少种的少收，多种的多收。各人要照着心里所决定的捐输，不要为难，不必勉强，因为捐得乐意的人，是神所喜爱的。神能把各样的恩惠多多地加给你们，使你们凡事常常充足，多作各样的善事。

这样，耶和华后来赐给约伯的福比先前更多：他有一万四千只羊、六千匹骆驼、一千对牛、一千头母驴。

凡有世上财物的，看见弟兄穷乏，却硬着心肠不理，他怎能说他心里有神的爱呢？孩子们，我们爱人，不要只在言语和舌头上，总要在行动和真诚上表现出来。这样，我们就知道我们是属于真理的。即使我们的心责备我们，在神面前我们也可以心安理得，因为他比我们的心大，他知道一切。

要给人，就必有给你们的；并且要用十足的升斗，连按带摇，上尖下流地倒在你们怀里；因为你们用什么升斗量给人，就必用什么升斗量给你们。”

你必须给他，给他的时候，你不要心里难受，因为为了这事，耶和华你的神必在你一切工作上，和你所办的一切事上，赐福给你。

我若不给穷人所要的，或使寡妇的眼所期待的落空；我若独吃我的一点食物，孤儿却没有与我同吃；自我幼年时，孤儿与我一同长大，以我为父，从我出母腹以来，我就善待寡妇。我若见人因无衣服死亡，或贫穷人毫无遮盖；他若不因我的羊毛得温暖，他的心若不向我道谢；我若在城门见有支持我的，就挥手攻击孤儿，就愿我的肩头从肩胛脱落，愿我的前臂从上臂折断；

藐视邻舍的，是为有罪；恩待贫穷人的，是为有福。

你们要爱仇敌，善待他们；借出去，不要指望偿还；这样你们的赏赐就大了，你们也必作至高者的儿子，因为神自己也宽待忘恩的和恶人。

甚至要故意为她从禾捆中抽些出来，留给她去捡，千万不可责备她。”
