If a man marries a woman who becomes displeasing to him because he finds something indecent about her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce, gives it to her and sends her from his house,

Suppose a man marries a woman. But later he decides he doesn’t like her. He finds something shameful about her. So he gives her a letter of divorce and sends her away from his house.

“ When a man takes a wife and marries her, if then she finds no favor in his eyes because he has found some indecency in her, and he writes her a certificate of divorce and puts it in her hand and sends her out of his house, and she departs out of his house,

法利赛人说：“这样，摩西为什么吩咐给妻子休书就可以休她呢？”耶稣说：“摩西因为你们的心硬，所以准许你们休妻，但起初并不是这样。我告诉你们，凡休妻另娶的，若不是为不贞的缘故，就是犯奸淫了。”

罚他一百银子，给女方的父亲，因为他把丑名加在以色列一个少女身上。这女子仍是他的妻子，那人终身不可休她。

“人若娶妻，与她同房后恨恶她，

我看见背道的以色列行淫，我为这缘故给她休书休了她，她奸诈的妹妹犹大还不惧怕，也去行淫。

若另娶一个，她的饮食、衣服和房事不可减少。

耶和华如此说：“我休了你们的母亲，她的休书在哪里呢？我将你们卖给了我哪一个债主呢？看哪，你们被卖是因你们的罪孽；你们的母亲被休，是因你们的过犯。

这男子就要拿五十银子给女子的父亲，并要娶她为妻，终身不可休她，因为他玷污了这女子。

他们说：“摩西准许写了休书就可以休妻。”耶稣对他们说：“摩西因为你们的心硬，所以写这诫命给你们。但从起初创造的时候，上帝造人是造男造女。因此，人要离开他的父母，与妻子结合，二人成为一体。既然如此，夫妻不再是两个人，而是一体的了。所以，上帝配合的，人不可分开。”他们到了屋里，门徒又问他这事。耶稣对他们说：“凡休妻另娶的，就是犯奸淫，辜负他的妻子；妻子若离弃丈夫另嫁，也是犯奸淫了。”

后夫若恨恶她，写休书交在她手中，打发她离开夫家，又或者娶她为妻的后夫死了，

若是离开了，不可再嫁，不然要跟丈夫复和；丈夫也不可离弃妻子。我对其余的人说—是我，不是主说—倘若某弟兄有不信的妻子，妻子也情愿和他一起生活，他就不可离弃妻子。

耶和华—以色列的上帝说：“我恨恶休妻的事和衣服外面披上暴力的人。所以当谨守你们的心，不可行诡诈。这是万军之耶和华说的。”

她丈夫约瑟是个义人，不愿意当众羞辱她，想要暗地里把她休了。

“又有话说：‘无论谁休妻，都要给她休书。’但是我告诉你们：凡休妻的，除非是因不贞的缘故，否则就是使她犯奸淫了；人若娶被休的妇人，也是犯奸淫了。”

凡休妻另娶的，就是犯奸淫；娶被丈夫休了的妇人的，也是犯奸淫。”

“人若有两个妻子，一个是他宠爱的，另一个是失宠的，她们都给他生了儿子，但长子是他失宠妻子生的；
