An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter into the congregation of the LORD; even to their tenth generation shall they not enter into the congregation of the LORD for ever:

No Ammonite or Moabite or any of their descendants may enter the assembly of the Lord, not even in the tenth generation.

The people of Ammon and Moab can’t join in worship with the Lord’ s people. That also applies to their children after them for all time to come.

“ No Ammonite or Moabite may enter the assembly of the Lord. Even to the tenth generation, none of them may enter the assembly of the Lord forever,

“ No Ammonite or Moabite or any of their descendants for ten generations may be admitted to the assembly of the Lord.

No Ammonite or Moabite may enter the LORD’s assembly; none of their descendants, even to the tenth generation, may ever enter the LORD’s assembly.

No Ammonite or Moabite may enter the assembly of the Lord; none of their descendants, even to the tenth generation, may ever enter the assembly of the Lord,

“ An Ammonite or Moabite shall not enter the assembly of the Lord; even to the tenth generation none of his descendants shall enter the assembly of the Lord forever,

An Ammonite or a Moabite shall not enter into the assembly of Jehovah; even to the tenth generation shall none belonging to them enter into the assembly of Jehovah for ever:

No Ammonite or Moabite may enter the Lord’s assembly; none of their descendants, even to the tenth generation, may ever enter the Lord’s assembly.

An Ammonite or Moabite may not enter the assembly of the LORD; to the tenth generation none of their descendants shall ever do so,

An Ammonite or a Moabite shall not enter into Yahweh’s assembly; even to the tenth generation shall no one belonging to them enter into Yahweh’s assembly forever,

On that day they read in the book of Moses in the audience of the people; and therein was found written, that the Ammonite and the Moabite should not come into the congregation of God for ever;Because they met not the children of Israel with bread and with water, but hired Balaam against them, that he should curse them: howbeit our God turned the curse into a blessing.

But it came to pass,[ that] when Sanballat, and Tobiah, and the Arabians, and the Ammonites, and the Ashdodites, heard that the walls of Jerusalem were made up,[ and] that the breaches began to be stopped, then they were very wroth,

Now Tobiah the Ammonite[ was] by him, and he said, Even that which they build, if a fox go up, he shall even break down their stone wall.

Moreover Ruth the Moabitess, the wife of Mahlon, have I purchased to be my wife, to raise up the name of the dead upon his inheritance, that the name of the dead be not cut off from among his brethren, and from the gate of his place: ye[ are] witnesses this day.And all the people that[ were] in the gate, and the elders, said,[ We are] witnesses. The LORD make the woman that is come into thine house like Rachel and like Leah, which two did build the house of Israel: and do thou worthily in Ephratah, and be famous in Bethlehem:And let thy house be like the house of Pharez, whom Tamar bare unto Judah, of the seed which the LORD shall give thee of this young woman.So Boaz took Ruth, and she was his wife: and when he went in unto her, the LORD gave her conception, and she bare a son.And the women said unto Naomi, Blessed[ be] the LORD, which hath not left thee this day without a kinsman, that his name may be famous in Israel.And he shall be unto thee a restorer of[ thy] life, and a nourisher of thine old age: for thy daughter in law, which loveth thee, which is better to thee than seven sons, hath born him.And Naomi took the child, and laid it in her bosom, and became nurse unto it.And the women her neighbours gave it a name, saying, There is a son born to Naomi; and they called his name Obed: he[ is] the father of Jesse, the father of David.Now these[ are] the generations of Pharez: Pharez begat Hezron,And Hezron begat Ram, and Ram begat Amminadab,And Amminadab begat Nahshon, and Nahshon begat Salmon,And Salmon begat Boaz, and Boaz begat Obed,And Obed begat Jesse, and Jesse begat David.

And the kinsman said, I cannot redeem[ it] for myself, lest I mar mine own inheritance: redeem thou my right to thyself; for I cannot redeem[ it].

In those days also saw I Jews[ that] had married wives of Ashdod, of Ammon,[ and] of Moab:

Neither let the son of the stranger, that hath joined himself to the LORD, speak, saying, The LORD hath utterly separated me from his people: neither let the eunuch say, Behold, I[ am] a dry tree.
