You may charge a foreigner interest, but not a fellow Israelite, so that the Lord your God may bless you in everything you put your hand to in the land you are entering to possess.

“如果有外人在你們的地方，與你們一起寄居，你們不可欺負他。與你們一起寄居的外人，要看他像你們中間的本地人一樣；你要愛他好像愛自己，因為你們在埃及地也曾作過寄居的人；我是耶和華你們的神。

所以，我親愛的弟兄們，你們務要堅固，不可動搖，常常竭力多作主工，因為知道你們的勞苦，在主裡面不是徒然的。

那你就有福了。因為他們沒有甚麼可以報答你，義人復活的時候，你必定得著報答。”

恩待窮人的，等於借錢給耶和華；他所行的，耶和華必償還。

你們若願意聽從，就必得吃地上的美物；

耶和華必為你打開他天上的寶庫，按時降雨在你的地上，在你手裡所作的一切事上賜福給你；你要借貸給許多國的民，卻不會向人借貸。
