女在邑中為男所辱、而不號呼、二者必攜至邑門石擊致死、如是絕惡於爾中。

則當以此二人攜至邑門外、以石擊之死、因女雖在邑中不呼號、因男玷辱他人之妻、如是、除惡於爾中、

you shall take both of them to the gate of that town and stone them to death— the young woman because she was in a town and did not scream for help, and the man because he violated another man’s wife. You must purge the evil from among you.

就要將女子帶到她父家的門口，本城的人要用石頭將她打死；因為她在父家行了淫亂，在以色列中做了醜事。這樣，就把那惡從你們中間除掉。「若遇見人與有丈夫的婦人行淫，就要將姦夫淫婦一併治死。這樣，就把那惡從以色列中除掉。

後來你若不喜悅她，就要由她隨意出去，決不可為錢賣她，也不可當婢女待她，因為你玷污了她。」

雅各對拉班說：「日期已經滿了，求你把我的妻子給我，我好與她同房。」

約瑟醒了，起來，就遵着主使者的吩咐把妻子娶過來；

那先知或是那做夢的既用言語叛逆那領你們出埃及地、救贖你脫離為奴之家的耶和華－你們的神，要勾引你離開耶和華－你神所吩咐你行的道，你便要將他治死。這樣，就把那惡從你們中間除掉。

你們還是自高自大，並不哀痛，把行這事的人從你們中間趕出去。

正思念這事的時候，有主的使者向他夢中顯現，說：「大衛的子孫約瑟，不要怕！只管娶過你的妻子馬利亞來，因她所懷的孕是從聖靈來的。
