那亵渎耶和华名的，必被治死；全会众总要用石头打死他。不管是寄居的是本地人，他亵渎耶和华名的时候，必被治死。

你们就要待他如同他想要待的弟兄。这样，就把那恶从你们中间除掉。别人听见都要害怕，就不敢在你们中间再行这样的恶了。

那先知或是那做梦的既用言语叛逆那领你们出埃及地、救赎你脱离为奴之家的耶和华你们的神，要勾引你离开耶和华你神所吩咐你行的道，你便要将他治死。这样，就把那恶从你们中间除掉。

就要将女子带到她父家的门口，本城的人要用石头将她打死；因为她在父家行了淫乱，在以色列中做了丑事。这样，就把那恶从你们中间除掉。

你们就要把这二人带到本城门，用石头打死，女子是因为虽在城里却没有喊叫；男子是因为玷污别人的妻。这样，就把那恶从你们中间除掉。

你就要将行这恶事的男人或女人拉到城门外，用石头将他打死。
