人若鬻女為婢、則毋若奴一例而釋、主人選定之後、若不悅之、則當容之自贖、既欺之不可鬻於他族、若為子選定、則當待之如女、倘別有所娶、則待此女之衣食與好合之事、仍不可間斷、設待之間斷此三者、則可不償贖銀而去、○
