We plead with you on Christ’s behalf,“ Be reconciled to God!”God made the one who did not know sin to be sin for us, so that in him we would become the righteousness of God.Now because we are fellow workers, we also urge you not to receive the grace of God in vain.

You know the message he sent to the people of Israel, proclaiming the good news of peace through Jesus Christ( he is Lord of all)–

I will remove the chariot from Ephraim and the warhorse from Jerusalem, and the battle bow will be removed. Then he will announce peace to the nations. His dominion will be from sea to sea and from the Euphrates River to the ends of the earth.

Give me just this one man, and I will leave the city.” The woman said to Joab,“ This very minute his head will be thrown over the wall to you!”Then the woman went to all the people with her wise advice and they cut off Sheba’s head and threw it out to Joab. Joab blew the trumpet, and his men dispersed from the city, each going to his own home. Joab returned to the king in Jerusalem.
