從今日起，我要使天下萬民聽見你的名聲都驚恐懼怕，且因你發顫傷慟。」

從今日起，我要讓天下萬民驚慌懼怕你，聽見你的名聲，就因你發顫傷慟。」

就在今日、我就要開始叫普天下聽見你名聲的萬族民都震懾你懼怕你，以致因你而發顫絞痛。」

自今日始、我使天下萬民、緣爾而懼、彼聞爾名、無不戰慄憯怛、○

天下邦國、既聞爾名、我必使之畏爾、戰慄悚惶。○

自今日、我使天下萬民因爾驚恐畏懼、彼聞爾名、俱戰慄悚惶、

This very day I will begin to put the terror and fear of you on all the nations under heaven. They will hear reports of you and will tremble and be in anguish because of you.”

This very day I will bring fear and terror on all the nations because of you. They will hear about you. They will tremble with fear. Pain and suffering will grip them because of you.”

Beginning today I will make people throughout the earth terrified because of you. When they hear reports about you, they will tremble with dread and fear.’”

No one shall be able to stand against you. The Lord your God will lay the fear of you and the dread of you on all the land that you shall tread, as he promised you.

The peoples have heard; they tremble; pangs have seized the inhabitants of Philistia.Now are the chiefs of Edom dismayed; trembling seizes the leaders of Moab; all the inhabitants of Canaan have melted away.Terror and dread fall upon them; because of the greatness of your arm, they are still as a stone, till your people, O Lord, pass by, till the people pass by whom you have purchased.

And all the peoples of the earth shall see that you are called by the name of the Lord, and they shall be afraid of you.

I will send my terror before you and will throw into confusion all the people against whom you shall come, and I will make all your enemies turn their backs to you.

Behold, I will make those of the synagogue of Satan who say that they are Jews and are not, but lie— behold, I will make them come and bow down before your feet, and they will learn that I have loved you.

Egypt was glad when they departed, for dread of them had fallen upon it.

and said to the men,“ I know that the Lord has given you the land, and that the fear of you has fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land melt away before you.For we have heard how the Lord dried up the water of the Red Sea before you when you came out of Egypt, and what you did to the two kings of the Amorites who were beyond the Jordan, to Sihon and Og, whom you devoted to destruction.And as soon as we heard it, our hearts melted, and there was no spirit left in any man because of you, for the Lord your God, he is God in the heavens above and on the earth beneath.Now then, please swear to me by the Lord that, as I have dealt kindly with you, you also will deal kindly with my father’s house, and give me a sure sign
