“ Set out now and cross the Arnon Gorge. See, I have given into your hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his country. Begin to take possession of it and engage him in battle.

The Lord said,“ Start out and go across the valley of the Arnon River. I have handed Sihon over to you. He is the Amorite king of Heshbon. I have also given you his country. Begin to take it as your own. Go to war against him.

‘ Rise up, set out on your journey and go over the Valley of the Arnon. Behold, I have given into your hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land. Begin to take possession, and contend with him in battle.

Moses continued,“ Then the Lord said,‘ Now get moving! Cross the Arnon Gorge. Look, I will hand over to you Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and I will give you his land. Attack him and begin to occupy the land.

“ The LORD also said,‘ Get up, move out, and cross the Arnon Valley. See, I have handed the Amorites’ King Sihon of Heshbon and his land over to you. Begin to take possession of it; engage him in battle.

‘ Arise, set out, and pass through the Valley of Arnon. Look! I have handed over to you Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land; start taking possession and plunge into battle with him.

“‘ Rise, take your journey, and cross over the River Arnon. Look, I have given into your hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land. Begin to possess it, and engage him in battle.

Rise ye up, take your journey, and pass over the valley of the Arnon: behold, I have given into thy hand Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land; begin to possess it, and contend with him in battle.

Get up, make your way across Wadi Arnon. Look! I have already delivered over to you Sihon the Amorite, king of Heshbon, and his land. Go ahead! Take it! Engage him in war!

到了第七次，祭司吹角的时候，约书亚就对人民说：“你们呼喊吧，因为耶和华已经把这城赐给你们了。

以后，他们走过旷野，绕过以东地和摩押地，到了摩押地的东边，在亚嫩河那边安营；他们并没有进入摩押境内，因为亚嫩河是摩押的边界。以色列人又派遣使者去见亚摩利人的王西宏，就是希实本王，对他说：求你让我们经过你的领土，到我们自己的地方去。西宏却不信任以色列人，不让他们经过他的境界；西宏聚集了他所有的人民，在雅杂安营，与以色列人争战。耶和华以色列的神，把西宏和他所有的人民都交在以色列人手中，以色列人击杀了他们，夺取了住在那地的亚摩利人的全地，

也把散居在各处的世人、田野的走兽和空中的飞鸟，都交在你手里，使你管理这一切。你就是那金头。

又从那里起行，在亚嫩河那边安营；这亚嫩河是在旷野，从亚摩利人的境内流出来；原来亚嫩河就是摩押的边界，在摩押与亚摩利人之间。因此，在耶和华的战书上记着：“在苏法的哇哈伯，和亚嫩河的河谷，以及河谷的斜坡，这斜坡伸展到亚珥城的地方，就是靠近摩押边境的。”

我把埃及地赐给他，作辛劳的报酬，因为他们都是为我效力的。这是主耶和华的宣告。

是我用大能和伸出来的膀臂创造了大地，以及地面上的人和兽；我看给谁适合，就把地给谁。

这是守望者宣告的裁决，是圣者颁布的决定，好使世人都知道：至高者在世人的国中掌权，他喜欢把国赐给谁，就赐给谁，甚至立最卑微的人执掌国权。
