免得无辜之人的血流在耶和华你神所赐你为业的地上，流血的罪就归于你。

Do this so that innocent blood will not be shed in your land, which the Lord your God is giving you as your inheritance, and so that you will not be guilty of bloodshed.

Do it to protect those not guilty of murder. Then you won’t spill their blood in your land. It’s the land the Lord your God is giving you as your own.

lest innocent blood be shed in your land that the Lord your God is giving you for an inheritance, and so the guilt of bloodshed be upon you.

That way you will prevent the death of innocent people in the land the Lord your God is giving you as your special possession. You will not be held responsible for the death of innocent people.

In this way, innocent blood will not be shed, and you will not become guilty of bloodshed in the land the LORD your God is giving you as an inheritance.

So innocent blood will not be shed in the midst of your land which the Lord your God is giving you as an inheritance, and guilt for bloodshed will not be on you.

就是高傲的眼，撒谎的舌，流无辜人血的手，

他们的脚奔跑行恶；他们急速流无辜人的血；意念都是罪孽，所经过的路都荒凉毁灭。

“我卖了无辜之人的血是有罪了。”他们说：“那与我们有什么相干？你自己承当吧！”犹大就把那银钱丢在殿里，出去吊死了。

这样，你们就不污秽所住之地，因为血是污秽地的；若有在地上流人血的，非流那杀人者的血，那地就不得洁净。

他们便求告耶和华说：“耶和华啊，我们恳求你，不要因这人的性命使我们死亡，不要使流无辜血的罪归与我们；因为你耶和华是随自己的意旨行事。”

你眼不可顾惜他，却要从以色列中除掉流无辜血的罪，使你可以得福。”

“在耶和华你神所赐你为业的地上，若遇见被杀的人倒在田野，不知道是谁杀的，长老和审判官就要出去，从被杀的人那里量起，直量到四围的城邑，看哪城离被杀的人最近，那城的长老就要从牛群中取一只未曾耕地、未曾负轭的母牛犊，把母牛犊牵到流水、未曾耕种的山谷去，在谷中打折母牛犊的颈项。祭司利未的子孙要近前来；因为耶和华你的神拣选了他们侍奉他，奉耶和华的名祝福，所有争讼殴打的事都要凭他们判断。那城的众长老，就是离被杀的人最近的，要在那山谷中，在所打折颈项的母牛犊以上洗手，祷告说：‘我们的手未曾流这人的血；我们的眼也未曾看见这事。耶和华啊，求你赦免你所救赎的以色列民，不要使流无辜血的罪归在你的百姓以色列中间。’这样，流血的罪必得赦免。你行耶和华眼中看为正的事，就可以从你们中间除掉流无辜血的罪。”

王说：“你可以照着他的话行，杀死他，将他葬埋，好叫约押流无辜人血的罪不归我和我的父家了。

不欺压寄居的和孤儿寡妇，在这地方不流无辜人的血，也不随从别神陷害自己，我就使你们在这地方仍然居住，就是我古时所赐给你们列祖的地，直到永远。

“埃及必然荒凉，以东变为凄凉的旷野，都因向犹大人所行的强暴，又因在本地流无辜人的血。

玛拿西行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，使犹大人陷在罪里，又流许多无辜人的血，充满了耶路撒冷，从这边直到那边。

又因他流无辜人的血，充满了耶路撒冷；耶和华决不肯赦免。

他们大家聚集攻击义人，将无辜的人定为死罪。
