You are to give them the firstfruits of your grain, new wine and olive oil, and the first wool from the shearing of your sheep,

油中酒中五穀中之至佳者、即以色列人所獻於我初熟之物、我亦賜爾、凡以色列人所獻於我初熟之土產、皆歸於爾、凡爾家中潔者可食之、凡以色列人所永獻者、必歸於爾、凡獻於我之首生者、無論人畜、悉歸於爾、但人之首生必贖、不潔之畜之首生亦必贖、贖人之首生、必自一月以上以銀贖之、循爾所估、以銀五舍客勒、按聖所之權衡、一舍客勒即二十季拉、惟首生之牛、與首生之綿羊山羊不可贖、俱為聖物、以其血灑於祭臺、焚其脂為馨香之火祭獻於主、其肉則歸爾、如被搖之胸與被舉之右腿歸爾然、凡以色列人舉而獻於主之聖物、我悉賜爾與爾子女永為定例、此乃主與爾及爾後裔所立永不廢之約、永不廢之約原文作永為鹽約○主諭亞倫曰、爾在以色列人中、必不得地為業、其間無所應得之分、爾在以色列人中所得之分所有之業即我也、或作爾在以色列人中所得之分即在我所我為爾之業利未人既在會幕供役事、我於以色列人之土產、什取其一賜彼為業、自今後以色列人、毋再近會幕、恐負罪至於死亡、會幕之役事、即為利未人所供、若有干犯、必自負罪、彼在以色列人中、必不得地為業、此為歷世永定之例、以色列人什輸其一、舉而獻於我之物、我既賜利未人為業、故云、彼在以色列人中不得地為業、○

命耶路撒冷居民、以祭司與利未人所應得之物給之、俾其奮勉守主之律法、王諭一出、以色列人多獻初成之穀、酒、油、蜜、及他類之土產、更以所有、十分取一奉獻、不可勝數、居猶大諸邑之以色列人、及猶大人、以牛羊十分取一牽之、並以當歸主其天主之聖物、即十分取一之物、皆獻之至、積成堆壘、堆壘自三月積起、積至七月、希西家與諸牧伯、來見物積成堆、遂頌讚主、為其民以色列祝福、希西家問祭司與利未人曰、何以物積成堆若此耶、撒督族祭司長亞薩利雅曰、自民獻禮物於主殿時、我儕恆得足食、多有所餘、蓋主賜福於民、此眾多之物、即其餘也、

導我至此、以此流乳與蜜之地賜我、主所賜我之地、今我攜其首熟之土產至、禱告既畢、遂以筐供於主爾之天主前、且於主爾之天主前崇拜、緣主爾之天主以福賜爾及爾眷屬、可欣喜歡樂、

俾目睹禍患之至、親受全能主之震怒、

當時我命人司庫房、將歸祭司及利未人之禮物、即循常例於屬各邑之田中所得者、如舉獻之土產、初實之物、及所輸之什一、儲於其中、蓋猶大為祭司及利未人而喜、因見其侍立供役、又謹守事其天主所當守者、並守一切潔禮、謳歌者、守門者、亦如是盡職、循大衛及其子所羅門所定之例、昔在大衛與亞薩時、有謳歌長司讚美頌揚天主之事、今在所羅巴伯及尼希米時、以色列人眾、日以謳歌者、守門者、所當得者給之、又區別禮物給利未人、利未人亦區別禮物給亞倫子孫、
