You may say to yourselves,“ How can we know when a message has not been spoken by the Lord?”

如果你心里说：‘耶和华没有说过的话，我们怎能知道呢？’

你心裏若說：『耶和華所未曾吩咐的話，我們怎能知道呢？』

你心裏若說：『我們怎能知道那話是耶和華未曾吩咐的呢？』

你們也許心裡會問，『我們如何知道是否是耶和華說的話呢？』

如果你心裡說：‘耶和華沒有說過的話，我們怎能知道呢？’

但你若心裏說：「我們怎能知道甚麼是永恆主所沒有說過的話呢？」

如爾意謂、耶和華所未諭之言、何以知之、

如爾意謂耶和華所未嘗諭者、曷能知之。

如爾意謂、先知所傳非主所諭者、我何以知之、或作如爾意謂先知所傳之言我儕何以知之為主所諭否

And if thou say in thy heart, How shall we know the word which Jehovah hath not spoken?

You may say to yourself,‘ How can we recognize a message the Lord has not spoken?’

And if thou say in thine heart, How shall we know the word which the LORD hath not spoken?

Now if you say to yourselves,‘ How can we tell that a message is not from the LORD?’–

You may say in your heart,“ How shall we know the word which Yahweh has not spoken?”

Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world.This is how you can recognize the Spirit of God: Every spirit that acknowledges that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is from God,but every spirit that does not acknowledge Jesus is not from God. I know your deeds, your hard work and your perseverance. I know that you cannot tolerate wicked people, that you have tested those who claim to be apostles but are not, and have found them false.
