According to all that thou desiredst of the LORD thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.

这正是你在何烈山开大会的日子，求耶和华你的神的一切话，说：‘不要让我再听见耶和华我的神的声音了；也不要让我再看见这大火了，免得我死亡。’

這正是你在何烈山當大眾的日子向永恆主你的上帝所要求的話，說：「不要讓我再聽永恆主我的上帝的聲音了；這偉大的火也永不要讓我再看了，免得我死亡。」

昔在何烈大會之日、爾求爾上帝耶和華曰、我上帝耶和華之聲、勿使再聞、烈火勿令復見、免我死亡、

昔於何烈民會之日、爾求爾上帝耶和華曰、我上帝耶和華之聲、毋庸再聞、厥火炎炎、毋容復見、恐我死亡。

昔在何烈民會之日、爾求主爾之天主曰、願主我天主不再使我聞其聲、不再使我見此烈火、恐我死亡、

For this is what you asked of the Lord your God at Horeb on the day of the assembly when you said,“ Let us not hear the voice of the Lord our God nor see this great fire anymore, or we will die.”

At Mount Horeb you asked the Lord your God for a prophet. You asked him on the day you gathered together. You said,“ We don’t want to hear the voice of the Lord our God. We don’t want to see this great fire anymore. If we do, we’ll die.”

just as you desired of the Lord your God at Horeb on the day of the assembly, when you said,‘ Let me not hear again the voice of the Lord my God or see this great fire any more, lest I die.’

For this is what you yourselves requested of the Lord your God when you were assembled at Mount Sinai. You said,‘ Don’t let us hear the voice of the Lord our God anymore or see this blazing fire, for we will die.’

This is what you requested from the LORD your God at Horeb on the day of the assembly when you said,‘ Let us not continue to hear the voice of the LORD our God or see this great fire any longer, so that we will not die!’

This is in accordance with everything that you asked of the Lord your God at Horeb on the day of the assembly, saying,‘ Do not let me hear the voice of the Lord my God again, and do not let me see this great fire anymore, or I will die!’

according to all you desired of the Lord your God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying,‘ Let me not hear again the voice of the Lord my God, nor let me see this great fire anymore, lest I die.’

according to all that thou desiredst of Jehovah thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of Jehovah my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.

This is what you requested from the Lord your God at Horeb on the day of the assembly when you said,‘ Let us not continue to hear the voice of the Lord our God or see this great fire any longer, so that we will not die!’

This accords with what happened at Horeb in the day of the assembly. You asked the LORD your God:“ Please do not make us hear the voice of the LORD our God any more or see this great fire any more lest we die.”

This is according to all that you desired of Yahweh your God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying,“ Let me not hear again Yahweh my God’s voice, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I not die.”

And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: but let not God speak with us, lest we die.

And the LORD delivered unto me two tables of stone written with the finger of God; and on them[ was written] according to all the words, which the LORD spake with you in the mount out of the midst of the fire in the day of the assembly.

And it came to pass, when ye heard the voice out of the midst of the darkness,( for the mountain did burn with fire,) that ye came near unto me,[ even] all the heads of your tribes, and your elders;And ye said, Behold, the LORD our God hath shewed us his glory and his greatness, and we have heard his voice out of the midst of the fire: we have seen this day that God doth talk with man, and he liveth.Now therefore why should we die? for this great fire will consume us: if we hear the voice of the LORD our God any more, then we shall die.For who[ is there of] all flesh, that hath heard the voice of the living God speaking out of the midst of the fire, as we[ have], and lived?Go thou near, and hear all that the LORD our God shall say: and speak thou unto us all that the LORD our God shall speak unto thee; and we will hear[ it], and do[ it].And the LORD heard the voice of your words, when ye spake unto me; and the LORD said unto me, I have heard the voice of the words of this people, which they have spoken unto thee: they have well said all that they have spoken.

And the sound of a trumpet, and the voice of words; which[ voice] they that heard intreated that the word should not be spoken to them any more:
