The man who does presumptuously in not listening to the priest who stands to minister there before Yahweh your God, or to the judge, even that man shall die. You shall put away the evil from Israel.

若有人擅敢不听从那侍立在耶和华你神面前的祭司，或不听从审判官，那人就必治死；这样，便将那恶从以色列中除掉。

若有人擅自行事，不听从那侍立在耶和华—你上帝那里事奉的祭司，或不听从审判官，那人就要处死。这样，你就把恶从以色列中除掉。

若有人擅自行事，不听从那侍立在耶和华—你神那里事奉的祭司，或不听从审判官，那人就要处死。这样，你就把恶从以色列中除掉。

如果有人不肯接受事奉你们上帝耶和华的祭司和审判官的判决，就必须处死他。如此，你们便从以色列除掉了罪恶，

祭司侍於爾上帝耶和華前、以供役事、有人擅行、而不聽從、並不服於刑官、則必死毋赦、如是絕惡於以色列族中。

有人擅敢不聽從祭司、即侍立在彼以奉事主爾之天主者、或不聽從士師、其人必當治死、如是、除惡於以色列人中、

Anyone who shows contempt for the judge or for the priest who stands ministering there to the Lord your God is to be put to death. You must purge the evil from Israel.

Someone might show that they don’t respect the judge. Or they will show that they don’t respect the priest. The priest will serve the Lord your God at the place God will choose. If anyone doesn’t show respect for these people, that person must be put to death. Remove that evil person from Israel.

The man who acts presumptuously by not obeying the priest who stands to minister there before the Lord your God, or the judge, that man shall die. So you shall purge the evil from Israel.

Anyone arrogant enough to reject the verdict of the judge or of the priest who represents the Lord your God must die. In this way you will purge the evil from Israel.

The person who acts arrogantly, refusing to listen either to the priest who stands there serving the LORD your God or to the judge, must die. You must purge the evil from Israel.

But the person who acts insolently by not listening to the priest who stands there to serve the Lord your God, nor to the judge, that person shall die; so you shall eliminate the evil from Israel.

Now the man who acts presumptuously and will not heed the priest who stands to minister there before the Lord your God, or the judge, that man shall die. So you shall put away the evil from Israel.

And the man that doeth presumptuously, in not hearkening unto the priest that standeth to minister there before Jehovah thy God, or unto the judge, even that man shall die: and thou shalt put away the evil from Israel.

The person who acts arrogantly, refusing to listen either to the priest who stands there serving the Lord your God or to the judge, must die. You must purge the evil from Israel.

And the man that will do presumptuously, and will not hearken unto the priest that standeth to minister there before the LORD thy God, or unto the judge, even that man shall die: and thou shalt put away the evil from Israel.

The person who pays no attention to the priest currently serving the LORD your God there, or to the verdict– that person must die, so that you may purge evil from Israel.

That prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death, because he has spoken rebellion against Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to draw you aside out of the way which Yahweh your God commanded you to walk in. So you shall remove the evil from among you.

“‘ But the soul who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native- born or a foreigner, blasphemes Yahweh. That soul shall be cut off from among his people.

At that time Yahweh set apart the tribe of Levi to bear the ark of Yahweh’s covenant, to stand before Yahweh to minister to him, and to bless in his name, to this day.

Therefore he who rejects this doesn’t reject man, but God, who has also given his Holy Spirit to you.

Whoever doesn’t receive you, nor hear your words, as you go out of that house or that city, shake the dust off your feet.

then he shall minister in the name of Yahweh his God, as all his brothers the Levites do, who stand there before Yahweh.

“ Yet let no man bring a charge, neither let any man accuse; for your people are like those who bring charges against a priest.

and that whoever didn’t come within three days, according to the counsel of the princes and the elders, all his possessions should be forfeited, and himself separated from the assembly of the captivity.

For Yahweh your God has chosen him out of all your tribes to stand to minister in Yahweh’s name, him and his sons forever.

The hands of the witnesses shall be first on him to put him to death, and afterward the hands of all the people. So you shall remove the evil from among you.

For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more a sacrifice for sins,but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and a fierceness of fire which will devour the adversaries.A man who disregards Moses’ law dies without compassion on the word of two or three witnesses.How much worse punishment do you think he will be judged worthy of who has trodden under foot the Son of God, and has counted the blood of the covenant with which he was sanctified an unholy thing, and has insulted the Spirit of grace?

Those who sin, reprove in the sight of all, that the rest also may be in fear.

When the mocker is punished, the simple gains wisdom. When the wise is instructed, he receives knowledge.

From the thirteenth year of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah, even to this day, these twenty- three years, Yahweh’s word has come to me, and I have spoken to you, rising up early and speaking; but you have not listened.Yahweh has sent to you all his servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them( but you have not listened or inclined your ear to hear),saying,“ Return now everyone from his evil way, and from the evil of your doings, and dwell in the land that Yahweh has given to you and to your fathers, from of old and even forever more.Don’t go after other gods to serve them or worship them, and don’t provoke me to anger with the work of your hands; then I will do you no harm.”“ Yet you have not listened to me,” says Yahweh;“ that you may provoke me to anger with the work of your hands to your own hurt.”Therefore Yahweh of Armies says:“ Because you have not heard my words,behold, I will send and take all the families of the north,” says Yahweh,“ and I will send to Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will bring them against this land, and against its inhabitants, and against all these nations around. I will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, and a hissing, and perpetual desolations.Moreover I will take from them the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the sound of the millstones, and the light of the lamp.This whole land will be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations will serve the king of Babylon seventy years.“ It will happen, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon and that nation,” says Yahweh,“ for their iniquity. I will make the land of the Chaldeans desolate forever.I will bring on that land all my words which I have pronounced against it, even all that is written in this book, which Jeremiah has prophesied against all the nations.For many nations and great kings will make bondservants of them, even of them. I will recompense them according to their deeds, and according to the work of their hands.”

All Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall not do any more wickedness like this among you.

Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins. Let them not have dominion over me. Then I will be upright. I will be blameless and innocent of great transgression.

Whoever listens to you listens to me, and whoever rejects you rejects me. Whoever rejects me rejects him who sent me.”

For you know what instructions we gave you through the Lord Jesus.

If you forgive anyone’s sins, they have been forgiven them. If you retain anyone’s sins, they have been retained.”

But the prophet who speaks a word presumptuously in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or who speaks in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.”

He who rejects me, and doesn’t receive my sayings, has one who judges him. The word that I spoke will judge him in the last day.
