And the man that doeth presumptuously, in not hearkening unto the priest that standeth to minister there before Jehovah thy God, or unto the judge, even that man shall die: and thou shalt put away the evil from Israel.

若有人擅敢不听从那侍立在耶和华你神面前的祭司，或不听从审判官，那人就必治死；这样，便将那恶从以色列中除掉。

若有人擅自行事，不听从那侍立在耶和华—你上帝那里事奉的祭司，或不听从审判官，那人就要处死。这样，你就把恶从以色列中除掉。

若有人擅自行事，不听从那侍立在耶和华—你神那里事奉的祭司，或不听从审判官，那人就要处死。这样，你就把恶从以色列中除掉。

如果有人不肯接受事奉你们上帝耶和华的祭司和审判官的判决，就必须处死他。如此，你们便从以色列除掉了罪恶，

祭司侍於爾上帝耶和華前、以供役事、有人擅行、而不聽從、並不服於刑官、則必死毋赦、如是絕惡於以色列族中。

有人擅敢不聽從祭司、即侍立在彼以奉事主爾之天主者、或不聽從士師、其人必當治死、如是、除惡於以色列人中、

Anyone who shows contempt for the judge or for the priest who stands ministering there to the Lord your God is to be put to death. You must purge the evil from Israel.

Someone might show that they don’t respect the judge. Or they will show that they don’t respect the priest. The priest will serve the Lord your God at the place God will choose. If anyone doesn’t show respect for these people, that person must be put to death. Remove that evil person from Israel.

The man who acts presumptuously by not obeying the priest who stands to minister there before the Lord your God, or the judge, that man shall die. So you shall purge the evil from Israel.

Anyone arrogant enough to reject the verdict of the judge or of the priest who represents the Lord your God must die. In this way you will purge the evil from Israel.

The person who acts arrogantly, refusing to listen either to the priest who stands there serving the LORD your God or to the judge, must die. You must purge the evil from Israel.

But the person who acts insolently by not listening to the priest who stands there to serve the Lord your God, nor to the judge, that person shall die; so you shall eliminate the evil from Israel.

Now the man who acts presumptuously and will not heed the priest who stands to minister there before the Lord your God, or the judge, that man shall die. So you shall put away the evil from Israel.

The person who acts arrogantly, refusing to listen either to the priest who stands there serving the Lord your God or to the judge, must die. You must purge the evil from Israel.

And the man that will do presumptuously, and will not hearken unto the priest that standeth to minister there before the LORD thy God, or unto the judge, even that man shall die: and thou shalt put away the evil from Israel.

The person who pays no attention to the priest currently serving the LORD your God there, or to the verdict– that person must die, so that you may purge evil from Israel.

The man who does presumptuously in not listening to the priest who stands to minister there before Yahweh your God, or to the judge, even that man shall die. You shall put away the evil from Israel.

And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death, because he hath spoken rebellion against Jehovah your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed thee out of the house of bondage, to draw thee aside out of the way which Jehovah thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put away the evil from the midst of thee.

But the soul that doeth aught with a high hand, whether he be home- born or a sojourner, the same blasphemeth Jehovah; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.

At that time Jehovah set apart the tribe of Levi, to bear the ark of the covenant of Jehovah, to stand before Jehovah to minister unto him, and to bless in his name, unto this day.

Therefore he that rejecteth, rejecteth not man, but God, who giveth his Holy Spirit unto you.

And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, as ye go forth out of that house or that city, shake off the dust of your feet.

then he shall minister in the name of Jehovah his God, as all his brethren the Levites do, who stand there before Jehovah.

Yet let no man strive, neither let any man reprove; for thy people are as they that strive with the priest.

and that whosoever came not within three days, according to the counsel of the princes and the elders, all his substance should be forfeited, and himself separated from the assembly of the captivity.

For Jehovah thy God hath chosen him out of all thy tribes, to stand to minister in the name of Jehovah, him and his sons for ever.

The hand of the witnesses shall be first upon him to put him to death, and afterward the hand of all the people. So thou shalt put away the evil from the midst of thee.

For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more a sacrifice for sins,but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and a fierceness of fire which shall devour the adversaries.A man that hath set at nought Moses’ law dieth without compassion on the word of two or three witnesses:of how much sorer punishment, think ye, shall he be judged worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant wherewith he was sanctified an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

Them that sin reprove in the sight of all, that the rest also may be in fear.

When the scoffer is punished, the simple is made wise; And when the wise is instructed, he receiveth knowledge.

From the thirteenth year of Josiah the son of Amon, king of Judah, even unto this day, these three and twenty years, the word of Jehovah hath come unto me, and I have spoken unto you, rising up early and speaking; but ye have not hearkened.And Jehovah hath sent unto you all his servants the prophets, rising up early and sending them,( but ye have not hearkened, nor inclined your ear to hear),saying, Return ye now every one from his evil way, and from the evil of your doings, and dwell in the land that Jehovah hath given unto you and to your fathers, from of old and even for evermore;and go not after other gods to serve them, and to worship them, and provoke me not to anger with the work of your hands; and I will do you no hurt.Yet ye have not hearkened unto me, saith Jehovah; that ye may provoke me to anger with the work of your hands to your own hurt.Therefore thus saith Jehovah of hosts: Because ye have not heard my words,behold, I will send and take all the families of the north, saith Jehovah, and I will send unto Nebuchadrezzar the king of Babylon, my servant, and will bring them against this land, and against the inhabitants thereof, and against all these nations round about; and I will utterly destroy them, and make them an astonishment, and a hissing, and perpetual desolations.Moreover I will take from them the voice of mirth and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom and the voice of the bride, the sound of the millstones, and the light of the lamp.And this whole land shall be a desolation, and an astonishment; and these nations shall serve the king of Babylon seventy years.And it shall come to pass, when seventy years are accomplished, that I will punish the king of Babylon, and that nation, saith Jehovah, for their iniquity, and the land of the Chaldeans; and I will make it desolate for ever.And I will bring upon that land all my words which I have pronounced against it, even all that is written in this book, which Jeremiah hath prophesied against all the nations.For many nations and great kings shall make bondmen of them, even of them; and I will recompense them according to their deeds, and according to the work of their hands.

And all Israel shall hear, and fear, and shall do no more any such wickedness as this is in the midst of thee.

Keep back thy servant also from presumptuous sins; Let them not have dominion over me: Then shall I be upright, And I shall be clear from great transgression.

He that heareth you heareth me; and he that rejecteth you rejecteth me; and he that rejecteth me rejecteth him that sent me.

For ye know what charge we gave you through the Lord Jesus.

whose soever sins ye forgive, they are forgiven unto them; whose soever sins ye retain, they are retained.

But the prophet, that shall speak a word presumptuously in my name, which I have not commanded him to speak, or that shall speak in the name of other gods, that same prophet shall die.

He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my sayings, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I spake, the same shall judge him in the last day.
