「你為耶和華－你的上帝築壇，不可在壇旁栽種任何樹木作亞舍拉，

“你为耶和华—你的上帝筑坛，不可在坛旁栽种任何树木作亚舍拉，

“你为耶和华—你的神筑坛，不可在坛旁栽种任何树木作亚舍拉，

“在为你们的上帝耶和华建造的祭坛旁，你们不可竖立亚舍拉木神像，

“在你为耶和华你的神筑的祭坛旁边，不可栽种什么树木，作亚舍拉。

「你為耶和華－你的神築壇，不可在壇旁栽甚麼樹木作為木偶。

「你為耶和華－你的神築壇，不可在壇旁栽種任何樹木作亞舍拉，

「在為你們的上帝耶和華建造的祭壇旁，你們不可豎立亞舍拉木神像，

“在你為耶和華你的神築的祭壇旁邊，不可栽種甚麼樹木，作亞舍拉。

『你為自己所築永恆主你的上帝的祭壇、不可在壇旁栽甚麼樹木、作為亞舍拉神木。

為爾上帝耶和華築壇、毋樹木偶於側、

爾築壇奉爾上帝耶和華、毋樹木偶於側、

爾為主爾之天主建祭臺、毋於祭臺側植木以為亞舍拉、或作毋於祭臺側樹木偶

Do not set up any wooden Asherah pole beside the altar you build to the Lord your God,

Don’t set up a wooden pole used to worship the female god named Asherah. Don’t set it up beside the altar you build to worship the Lord your God.

“ You shall not plant any tree as an Asherah beside the altar of the Lord your God that you shall make.

“ You must never set up a wooden Asherah pole beside the altar you build for the Lord your God.

“ Do not set up an Asherah of any kind of wood next to the altar you will build for the LORD your God,

“ You shall not plant for yourself an Asherah of any kind of tree beside the altar of the Lord your God, which you shall make for yourself.

“ You shall not plant for yourself any tree, as a wooden image, near the altar which you build for yourself to the Lord your God.

Thou shalt not plant thee an Asherah of any kind of tree beside the altar of Jehovah thy God, which thou shalt make thee.

“ Do not set up an Asherah of any kind of wood next to the altar you will build for the Lord your God,

Thou shalt not plant thee a grove of any trees near unto the altar of the LORD thy God, which thou shalt make thee.

You must not plant any kind of tree as a sacred Asherah pole near the altar of the LORD your God which you build for yourself.

You shall not plant for yourselves an Asherah of any kind of tree beside Yahweh your God’s altar, which you shall make for yourselves.

他重新建築他父親希西家所拆毀的丘壇，為諸巴力築壇，造亞舍拉，又敬拜天上的萬象，事奉它們。

他們離棄耶和華－他們上帝的一切誡命，為自己鑄造了兩個牛犢的像，立了亞舍拉，敬拜天上的萬象，事奉巴力，

你要拆毀他們的祭壇，打碎他們的柱像，砍斷他們的亞舍拉。

他重新建築他父親希西家所毀壞的丘壇，又為巴力築壇，造亞舍拉，效法以色列王亞哈所行的，敬拜天上的萬象，事奉它們。

以色列人行耶和華眼中看為惡的事，忘記耶和華－他們的上帝，去事奉諸巴力和亞舍拉，

耶和華必擊打以色列，使他們搖動，像水中的蘆葦一樣，又將他們從耶和華賜給他們列祖的美地上拔出來，分散在大河那邊，因為他們造了亞舍拉，惹耶和華發怒。

亞哈又造亞舍拉，他所做的惹耶和華－以色列的上帝發怒，比他以前所有的以色列王更嚴重。

你們卻要這樣處置他們：拆毀他們的祭壇，打碎他們的柱像，砍斷他們的亞舍拉，用火焚燒他們雕刻的偶像。
