Sacrifice an animal from your flock or herd. It is the Passover sacrifice to honor the Lord your God. Sacrifice it at the special place the Lord will choose. He will put his Name there.

Sacrifice as the Passover to the Lord your God an animal from your flock or herd at the place the Lord will choose as a dwelling for his Name.

And you shall offer the Passover sacrifice to the Lord your God, from the flock or the herd, at the place that the Lord will choose, to make his name dwell there.

Your Passover sacrifice may be from either the flock or the herd, and it must be sacrificed to the Lord your God at the designated place of worship— the place he chooses for his name to be honored.

Each year you and your family must eat them. Do it in front of the Lord your God at the place he will choose.

He said to them,“ I have really looked forward to eating this Passover meal with you. I wanted to do this before I suffer.

Instead, you must eat all those things in the sight of the Lord your God. Do it at the place he will choose. You, your children, your male and female servants and the Levites from your towns can eat them. Be filled with joy in the sight of the Lord your God. Be joyful in everything you do.

It was the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. The disciples came to Jesus. They asked,“ Where do you want us to prepare for you to eat the Passover meal?”

Get rid of the old yeast. Then you can be like a new batch of dough without yeast. That is what you really are. That’s because Christ, our Passover Lamb, has been offered up for us.

The animals you choose must be males that are a year old. They must not have any flaws. You may choose either sheep or goats.Take care of them until the 14th day of the month. Then the whole community of Israel must kill them when the sun goes down.Take some of the blood. Put it on the sides and tops of the doorframes of the houses where you eat the lambs.

The Lord your God will choose a special place. He will put his Name there. That’s where you must bring everything I command you to bring. That includes your burnt offerings and sacrifices. It includes your special gifts and a tenth of everything you produce. It also includes all the things of value that you promised to give to the Lord.

It was the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. That was the time to sacrifice the Passover lamb. Jesus’ disciples asked him,“ Where do you want us to go and prepare for you to eat the Passover meal?”

Offer them only at the place the Lord will choose in one of your tribes. There you must obey everything I command you.

“ As you know, the Passover Feast is two days away. The Son of Man will be handed over to be nailed to a cross.”

Josiah provided animals for the Passover offerings. He gave them for all the people who were there. He gave a total of 30,000 lambs and goats and 3,000 oxen. He gave all of them from his own possessions.

“‘ The Lord’ s Passover Feast must be held on the 14th day of the first month.On the 15th day of the month there must be a feast. For seven days eat bread made without yeast.On the first day come together for a special service. Do not do any regular work.Present to the Lord a food offering. Present a burnt offering of two young bulls and one ram. Also present seven male lambs a year old. They must not have any flaws.

Jesus sent Peter and John on ahead.“ Go,” he told them.“ Prepare for us to eat the Passover meal.”
