Remember that you were slaves in Egypt and the Lord your God redeemed you. That is why I give you this command today.

「要知道，你們如果饒恕別人的過犯，你們的天父也會饒恕你們。你們如果不饒恕別人，你們的父也不會饒恕你們的過犯。

我們從這一點就知道了愛：基督為我們捨棄了自己的生命，我們也應該為弟兄捨棄生命。

「於是主人把那奴僕叫來，對他說：『你這惡奴！因為你求我，我就免了你所有的債。難道你不也該憐憫與你同做奴僕的，像我憐憫了你一樣嗎？』

在他裡面，我們藉著他的血，得蒙救贖、過犯得到赦免，都是出於神恩典的豐盛。

「你們這些追求公義、尋求耶和華的人哪，要聽我的話！你們要仰望那磐石，你們是從其上鑿出來的；你們要仰望那巖穴，你們是從其中挖出來的。

要以仁慈彼此相待，心存憐憫，互相饒恕，就像神在基督裡饒恕了你們那樣。所以，做為蒙愛的兒女，你們要效法神；要在愛中行事，就像基督也愛了我們，為我們捨棄了自己，做供物和祭物獻給神，成為馨香的氣味。

那時候，你們與基督無關；被排除在以色列國民之外；在那些所應許的諸約上是外人；在這世界上沒有盼望、沒有神。
