讓你們城中沒有土地的利未人、寄居者和孤兒寡婦都可以來吃飽。這樣，你們的上帝耶和華必使你們凡事蒙福。

使無分無業之利未人、與居爾邑之賓旅、以及孤寡、皆來食之而飽、致爾上帝耶和華、於爾凡百所為、錫嘏於爾、

使無恆業之利未人、以及賓旅孤寡、群至爾家、食而果腹、則凡爾所為、可望爾上帝耶和華錫嘏。

使爾中無分無業之利未人、居於爾邑之外邦客旅及孤寡、皆來取之、食之而飽、則主爾之天主、必賜福於爾在凡所為之事、

so that the Levites( who have no allotment or inheritance of their own) and the foreigners, the fatherless and the widows who live in your towns may come and eat and be satisfied, and so that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands.

Then the Levites can come and eat. That’s because they won’t receive any part of the land as their share. The outsiders and widows who live in your towns can come. So can the children whose fathers have died. Everyone can have plenty to eat. Then the Lord your God will bless you in everything you do.

And the Levite, because he has no portion or inheritance with you, and the sojourner, the fatherless, and the widow, who are within your towns, shall come and eat and be filled, that the Lord your God may bless you in all the work of your hands that you do.

Give it to the Levites, who will receive no allotment of land among you, as well as to the foreigners living among you, the orphans, and the widows in your towns, so they can eat and be satisfied. Then the Lord your God will bless you in all your work.

Then the Levite, who has no portion or inheritance among you, the resident alien, the fatherless, and the widow within your city gates may come, eat, and be satisfied. And the LORD your God will bless you in all the work of your hands that you do.

你們要慷慨給予，並且無怨無悔，因為耶和華必在你們所做的一切事上賜福給你們。

不可忘記住在你們城裡的利未人，因為利未人沒有分到土地作產業。

你們要和兒女、僕婢、同城的利未人、寄居者及孤兒寡婦在你們的上帝耶和華選定的敬拜場所，在祂面前一起歡喜快樂。

善待窮人等於借貸給耶和華，耶和華必回報他的善行。

善待窮人的有福了！耶和華必救他們脫離困境。

住棚節期間，你們要和兒女、僕婢、同城的利未人、寄居者及孤兒寡婦一起歡慶。

「如果你們在田間收割莊稼時忘了一捆，不可回去取，要留給孤兒寡婦和寄居者。這樣，你們的上帝耶和華必使你們凡事蒙福。你們打橄欖時，打過一次後不可再打，要把剩下的留給孤兒寡婦和寄居者。你們摘葡萄時，摘過一次後不可再摘，要把剩下的留給孤兒寡婦和寄居者。

不要忘記款待客旅，因為曾經有人接待客旅時不知不覺接待了天使。

在那裡，你們和兒女、僕婢及同城中沒有分到土地作產業的利未人，要一起在你們的上帝耶和華面前歡喜快樂。

耶穌又對主人說：「擺設午宴、晚宴時，不要邀請你的朋友、弟兄、親戚或有錢的鄰居，免得他們回請你，你便得到報答了。相反，你設宴時，要邀請貧窮的、殘疾的、瘸腿的、瞎眼的，這樣你就有福了，因為他們都沒有能力回報你，到了義人復活那天，上帝一定會賞賜你。」

我何曾拒絕窮人的請求，或使寡婦眼露失望之情，或獨吞我的食物，不與孤兒同享？我自幼就如父親般撫養孤兒，我自出母胎就照顧寡婦。倘若我見有人凍得要死，或有窮人衣不蔽體，卻沒有把我的羊毛給他們禦寒，以致他們向我道謝；倘若我仗著在城門口有勢力，就動手欺負孤兒，情願我的肩膀從肩胛脫落，我的手臂從手肘折斷。

有人樂善好施，反倒越來越富；有人一毛不拔，反而越來越窮。

你要用自己的財富和一切初熟的物產來尊崇耶和華，祂必使你五穀滿倉，榨酒池溢出新釀。

把你們的食物分給饑餓的人，接待無家可歸的窮人，送衣服給赤身露體的人，不躲避求助的親人。如果你們這樣做，你們的光必如晨光照耀，你們的創傷必迅速痊癒，你們的公義必在前方為你們開路，耶和華的榮耀必在後面保護你們。你們求告，我必應允；你們呼求，我必回應。如果你們不再欺壓、指責、譭謗，如果你們給饑餓的人食物，扶助困苦的人，你們的光必照亮黑暗，你們的黑夜必變成正午。耶和華必不斷地引導你們，使你們在乾旱之地也能得到供應，筋骨強健。你們必像灌溉充足的園子，又像湧流不息的泉源。你們當中必有人重修古老的荒場，重建遠古的根基。你們必被稱為修補斷垣、重建街道的人。

要視他們如同胞，愛他們如愛自己，因為你們也曾經寄居埃及。我是你們的上帝耶和華。

要記住：「少種的少收，多種的多收。」各人心裡想捐多少就捐多少，不要勉強，不要為難。因為捐得甘心樂意的人才是上帝所喜愛的。上帝能夠將各樣的恩典多多賜給你們，使你們在各方面常常富足有餘，可以多行各樣的善事。正如聖經上說：「他慷慨施捨、賙濟窮人，他的仁義永遠長存。」賜農夫種子又賜人糧食的上帝，必加倍賜給你們種子，使你們收穫更多仁義的果子，叫你們事事豐裕，可以多多施捨。這樣，從我們這裡得到你們幫助的人便會向上帝獻上感恩。

「每逢第三年是十一奉獻年。你們應當把自己的十一奉獻拿出來分給利未人、寄居者和孤兒寡婦，使他們在你們居住的城邑吃飽喝足。然後，你們要在你們的上帝耶和華面前宣告，『我們已經按照你的誡命，從我們家裡拿出聖物分給利未人、寄居者和孤兒寡婦。我們沒有觸犯也沒有忘記你的任何誡命。

在父上帝看來，純潔無瑕的虔誠是指照顧患難中的孤兒寡婦，並且不讓自己被世俗玷污。

只要你們發自內心地去施捨，一切對你們都是潔淨的。

「不可欺壓在你們中間寄居的人，因為你們在埃及也做過寄居的人。「不可虧待寡婦和孤兒，倘若你們欺凌他們，他們向我呼求，我必聽他們的呼求，向你們發怒，用刀殺掉你們，使你們的妻子變為寡婦，兒女成為孤兒。

「然而，要愛你們的仇敵，善待他們；無論借出什麼，都不要指望歸還。這樣，你們將有大賞賜，並且將成為至高者的兒子，因為祂以恩慈待那些忘恩負義和作惡的人。

萬軍之耶和華說：「你們要把當納的十分之一全部送到我的倉庫，使我的殿中有糧。你們這樣試試，看我會不會為你們打開天上的窗戶，把祝福傾倒給你們，直到無處可容。」萬軍之耶和華說：「我必為你們驅除害蟲，不許牠們毀壞你們地裡的出產，你們田間的葡萄必不會未熟先落。」
