You shall not forsake the Levite who is within your gates, for he has no part nor inheritance with you.

And do not neglect the Levites living in your towns, for they have no allotment or inheritance of their own.

Don’t forget to take care of the Levites who will live in your towns. They won’t receive any part of the land as their share.

And you shall not neglect the Levite who is within your towns, for he has no portion or inheritance with you.

And do not neglect the Levites in your town, for they will receive no allotment of land among you.

Let the elders who rule well be counted worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in the word and doctrine.

“ The priests, the Levites— all the tribe of Levi— shall have no part nor inheritance with Israel; they shall eat the offerings of the Lord made by fire, and His portion.Therefore they shall have no inheritance among their brethren; the Lord is their inheritance, as He said to them.

But you must eat them before the Lord your God in the place which the Lord your God chooses, you and your son and your daughter, your male servant and your female servant, and the Levite who is within your gates; and you shall rejoice before the Lord your God in all to which you put your hands.Take heed to yourself that you do not forsake the Levite as long as you live in your land.

Let him who is taught the word share in all good things with him who teaches.
