There, in the presence of the Lord your God, you and your families shall eat and shall rejoice in everything you have put your hand to, because the Lord your God has blessed you.

You and your families will eat at the place the Lord your God will choose. He will be with you there. You will find joy in everything you have done. That’s because he has blessed you.

And there you shall eat before the Lord your God, and you shall rejoice, you and your households, in all that you undertake, in which the Lord your God has blessed you.

你們和利未人以及住在你們中間的外族人，都要因你們的上帝耶和華賜給你們和你們家人的美物而歡喜快樂。

要在你們的上帝耶和華選定的敬拜場所，在祂面前吃所獻的十分之一的穀物、新酒、油以及頭生的牛羊。這是為了讓你們學習一生敬畏你們的上帝耶和華。

又要獻上平安祭，在祂面前吃喝快樂。

每年，你們全家要去你們的上帝耶和華選定的地方，在祂面前吃這些頭生的牛羊。

但她得到的利潤和收入不會被積攢或儲存起來，而是要被獻給耶和華，用來供應那些事奉耶和華的人，使他們吃得飽足，穿得精美。

你們要和兒女、僕婢、同城的利未人、寄居者及孤兒寡婦在你們的上帝耶和華選定的敬拜場所，在祂面前一起歡喜快樂。你們要記住自己曾在埃及做過奴隸，因此要謹遵這些律例。「在收藏好穀物和新酒後，你們要守七天的住棚節。住棚節期間，你們要和兒女、僕婢、同城的利未人、寄居者及孤兒寡婦一起歡慶。要在你們的上帝耶和華選定的地方，為祂守住棚節七天；要滿心歡喜，因為你們的上帝耶和華賜福你們，使你們的出產豐富、凡事順利。

他們天天同心合意地聚集在聖殿裡敬拜上帝，又在各人家中擘餅聚會，以歡喜、慷慨的心分享食物，

另外，你們哀哭悲歎，眼淚甚至淹沒了耶和華的祭壇，因為耶和華不再理會你們的供物，不再悅納你們所獻的。

敬畏耶和華、遵行祂旨意的人有福了！你必享受自己的勞動成果，得到祝福，行事亨通。
