曰、天上之主耶和華、巨能可畏之上帝、凡敬愛爾、守爾誡者、爾矜憫之、踐爾前言、

我僕大闢必為其王、斯眾統轄於一牧、遵我法度、守我禮儀、

如爾遵從我命、守我禮儀法度、於爾父大闢、是則是效、

今爾曹以我所傳之道而治者也、

爾守我誡、則不失我愛、如我守父誡、不失父愛焉、

今日所諭、爾必守之、我將驅亞摩哩人、迦南人、赫人、比哩洗人、希未人、耶布士人於爾前、

毋得食之、如是爾行善於耶和華前、可享福祉、爰及子孫。
