你们要把你们赶走的列国的人事奉神的地方，无论是在高山上，在山冈上，或是在各青翠树下，都要完全毁坏；

Destroy completely all the places on the high mountains, on the hills and under every spreading tree, where the nations you are dispossessing worship their gods.

You will soon drive the nations out of it. Completely destroy all the places where they worship their gods. Destroy them on the high mountains, on the hills and under every green tree.

你们却要这样待他们：拆毁他们的祭坛，打碎他们的神柱，砍下他们的亚舍拉，用火焚烧他们的雕像。

他们的神像，你们要用火焚烧；神像上的金银，你不可贪爱，也不可据为己有，免得你因此陷入网罗；因为这是耶和华你的神厌恶的。可厌恶的物，你不可带进家里去，免得你与那物一样成了当毁灭的；你要非常憎恨它，十分厌恶它，因为这是当毁灭的物。”

约西亚王在位的日子，耶和华对我说：“背道的以色列所作的，她怎样走上各高山，在每棵繁茂的树下行淫，你看见了没有？

又在各高山顶上和每一棵青翠的树下竖立神柱和亚舍拉。他们在各邱坛上献祭和焚香，好像耶和华从他们的面前掳去的外族人一样，又行恶事，使耶和华发怒。

你要小心，不可与你所去的那地的居民立约，恐怕这事在你中间成为陷阱。他们的祭坛你们却要拆毁，他们的柱像你们要打碎，他们的亚舍拉你们要砍下。你不可敬拜别的神，因为耶和华是忌邪的神，他名为忌邪者。恐怕你与那地的居民立约，他们随从自己的神行邪淫，给自己的神献祭的时候，有人叫你，你就吃他的祭物；又恐怕你给你的儿子娶他们的女儿为妻，他们的女儿随从自己的神行邪淫的时候，使你的儿子也随从她们的神行邪淫。你不可为自己铸造神像。

“你要吩咐以色列说：‘你们过约旦河到了迦南地的时候，就要把所有的居民从你们面前赶出去，毁坏他们的一切雕像，以及一切铸像，又拆毁他们的一切邱坛。

我领他们到了我曾经举手起誓要赐给他们的那地，他们看见各高山和茂盛的树林，就在那里献祭，在那里奉上惹我发怒的供物，也在那里献上馨香的祭，并且在那里浇上他们的奠祭。’我问他们：‘你们所去的那高处是什么地方？’于是那高处的名字叫巴麻，直到今日。

在耶路撒冷东面、橄榄山南面的邱坛，就是以色列王所罗门为西顿人可憎的神亚斯他录、摩押人可憎的神基抹，和亚扪人可憎的神米勒公所筑的邱坛，王都污秽了。

他们在山顶上献祭，在冈陵上的橡树、杨树和栗树之下献祭烧香，因为树荫美好。所以你们的女儿行淫乱，你们的儿媳犯奸淫。

你不可跪拜他们的神像，也不可事奉它们，不可作他们所作的，不可模仿他们的行为，却要把神像完全拆毁，打碎他们的柱像。

到了早晨，巴勒带着巴兰上了巴力的高冈；巴兰就从那里观看以色列民的边界。

你们不可与这地的居民立约，要拆毁他们的祭坛。’你们竟没有听从我的话；你们作的是什么呢？
