Instead, you are to eat them in the presence of the Lord your God at the place the Lord your God will choose— you, your sons and daughters, your male and female servants, and the Levites from your towns— and you are to rejoice before the Lord your God in everything you put your hand to.

Instead, you must eat all those things in the sight of the Lord your God. Do it at the place he will choose. You, your children, your male and female servants and the Levites from your towns can eat them. Be filled with joy in the sight of the Lord your God. Be joyful in everything you do.

Eat the tithe of your grain, new wine and olive oil, and the firstborn of your herds and flocks in the presence of the Lord your God at the place he will choose as a dwelling for his Name, so that you may learn to revere the Lord your God always.

But you are to seek the place the Lord your God will choose from among all your tribes to put his Name there for his dwelling. To that place you must go;

Be careful not to neglect the Levites as long as you live in your land.

Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts,

Rejoice in the Lord and be glad, you righteous; sing, all you who are upright in heart!

Then to the place the Lord your God will choose as a dwelling for his Name— there you are to bring everything I command you: your burnt offerings and sacrifices, your tithes and special gifts, and all the choice possessions you have vowed to the Lord.And there rejoice before the Lord your God— you, your sons and daughters, your male and female servants, and the Levites from your towns who have no allotment or inheritance of their own.

Her ways are pleasant ways, and all her paths are peace.

With joy you will draw water from the wells of salvation.

So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

Further, my brothers and sisters, rejoice in the Lord! It is no trouble for me to write the same things to you again, and it is a safeguard for you.Watch out for those dogs, those evildoers, those mutilators of the flesh.For it is we who are the circumcision, we who serve God by his Spirit, who boast in Christ Jesus, and who put no confidence in the flesh—

Each year you and your family are to eat them in the presence of the Lord your God at the place he will choose.

But may the righteous be glad and rejoice before God; may they be happy and joyful.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,

The jailer brought them into his house and set a meal before them; he was filled with joy because he had come to believe in God— he and his whole household.
