延年於耶和華誓賜爾祖、及其後裔之土、即流乳與蜜之地、

昔耶和華誓、以產乳與蜜之地、錫爾列祖、爰及後裔、爾既入彼、據有斯土、可享遐齡。

亦可久居於主所誓賜爾祖及其後裔之地、即流蜜與乳之地、

and so that you may live long in the land the Lord swore to your ancestors to give to them and their descendants, a land flowing with milk and honey.

You will live there for a long time. It’s the land the Lord promised to give to Abraham, Isaac and Jacob and their children after them. He gave his word when he made that promise. The land has plenty of milk and honey.

If you obey, you will enjoy a long life in the land the Lord swore to give to your ancestors and to you, their descendants— a land flowing with milk and honey!

敬畏耶和華使年日增添，而惡人的歲月必被截短。

她的右手有長壽，左手有財富和尊榮；

誰是那喜愛生命、愛慕長壽為要看到福份的人呢？他就當謹守舌頭不出惡言，謹守嘴唇不說欺詐的話。當遠離惡事，當行善事，尋找並追求和平。耶和華的眼目向著義人，他的耳朵聽他們的呼求。耶和華的臉敵對作惡的人，要把他們的名號從地上剪除。義人呼求，耶和華就垂聽，解救他們脫離一切的患難。耶和華與心靈破碎的人相近，他拯救靈裡痛悔的人。義人有許多患難，但耶和華解救他脫離這一切，又保守他全身的骨頭，一根也不折斷。惡事必害死惡人，恨義人的必承受罪責。耶和華救贖他僕人們的靈魂，所有投靠他的都不致承受罪責。

因為它們會將長久的日子、生命的歲月與平安加給你。

因為藉著智慧，你的日子就增多，你生命的歲月也會增添。
