「因此，你們要遵守我今天吩咐你們的誡命，以便有力量過河攻取你們將要攻取的土地，

故我今日所諭爾之誡命、爾當恪守、致強厥志、以入所往而得之地、

故今所諭之誡命、爾必恪守、自強厥志、以得所往之土。

故我今日所諭爾一切誡命、爾當遵守、如此可強盛、入而得所往欲得之地、

Observe therefore all the commands I am giving you today, so that you may have the strength to go in and take over the land that you are crossing the Jordan to possess,

So obey all the commands I’m giving you today. Then you will be strong enough to go in and take over the land. You will go across the Jordan River and take the land as your own.

“ You shall therefore keep the whole commandment that I command you today, that you may be strong, and go in and take possession of the land that you are going over to possess,

“ Therefore, be careful to obey every command I am giving you today, so you may have strength to go in and take over the land you are about to enter.

“ Keep every command I am giving you today, so that you may have the strength to cross into and possess the land you are to inherit,

“ You shall therefore keep every commandment which I am commanding you today, so that you may be strong and go in and take possession of the land into which you are about to cross to possess it;

“ Therefore you shall keep every commandment which I command you today, that you may be strong, and go in and possess the land which you cross over to possess,

Therefore shall ye keep all the commandment which I command thee this day, that ye may be strong, and go in and possess the land, whither ye go over to possess it;

“ Keep every command I am giving you today, so that you may have the strength to cross into and possess the land you are to inherit,

Now pay attention to all the commandments I am giving you today, so that you may be strong enough to enter and possess the land where you are headed,

你要刚强勇敢，因为你要带领这些人占领我起誓赐给他们祖先的土地。你只要刚强勇敢，谨遵我仆人摩西所吩咐你的一切律法，毫不偏离，就可以无往不利。

最后，你们要靠着主和祂的大能大力做刚强的人，

祈求祂按照自己丰富的荣耀，借着祂的灵，以大能使你们内在的生命刚强起来，

但祂说：“我的恩典足够你用，因为我的能力在人的软弱上更显得全备。”所以，我更喜欢夸耀自己的软弱，好让基督的能力荫庇我。因此，为了基督的缘故，我欣然面对软弱、凌辱、迫害、艰难和困苦，因为我软弱的时候也正是我刚强的时候。

耶和华嘱咐嫩的儿子约书亚：“你要刚强勇敢，因为你要带领以色列人进入我起誓应许他们的土地，我必与你同在。”

靠着赐我力量的那位，我凡事都能做。

你们要刚强勇敢，不要怕他们，因为你们的上帝耶和华与你们同在，祂不会撇下你们，也不会离弃你们。”摩西把约书亚叫来，当着全体以色列人的面对他说：“你要刚强勇敢！因为你要带领百姓进入耶和华起誓赐给他们祖先的土地，把土地分给他们。

“你们的上帝耶和华今天吩咐你们遵守这些律例和典章，你们要全心全意地谨慎遵守。你们今天已经宣称耶和华是你们的上帝，答应要听从祂，行祂的道，遵守祂的一切律例、诫命和典章。耶和华今天已经照祂的应许宣称你们是祂的子民，是祂宝贵的产业。因此，你们要遵守祂的一切诫命，这样祂必使你们备受赞誉和尊崇，超越祂所造的万国，并照着祂的应许使你们做属于祂的圣洁子民。”

“以色列人啊，你们的上帝耶和华对你们有何要求？无非要你们敬畏祂，遵行祂的旨意，爱祂，全心全意地事奉祂，遵守祂的诫命和律例。我今天把这些诫命和律例赐给你们，是为了你们的益处。看啊，诸天、大地和万物都属于你们的上帝耶和华。但耶和华只喜爱你们的祖先，从万族中拣选了他们的后裔——你们，正如今日的情形。

如果你们在富足时不心甘情愿地事奉你们的上帝耶和华，

我祷告的时候，你就应允我；你使我刚强壮胆。

他对我说：“倍受眷爱的人啊，不要怕，愿你平安！要刚强勇敢。”我听到他的话，便有了力量，于是对他说：“我主啊，请说，因为你使我有了力量。”

愿上帝以祂荣耀的权能使你们刚强，无论遇到什么事都能长久忍耐，

但仰望耶和华的人必重新得力。他们必像鹰一样展翅高飞，他们奔跑也不困倦，他们行走也不疲乏。

你们吃饱喝足后，要赞美你们的上帝耶和华，因为祂赐给你们那佳美之地。“你们要谨慎，免得忘记你们的上帝耶和华，不遵守我今天吩咐你们的诫命、典章和律例。

我拿什么报答耶和华赐给我的一切恩惠呢？我要为耶和华的拯救之恩而举杯称颂祂的名。我要在耶和华的子民面前还我向祂许的愿。耶和华的眼目顾惜祂圣民的死亡。耶和华啊！我是你的仆人，是你的仆人，是你婢女的儿子。你除去了我的锁链。
