及至主爾之天主導爾入所將得之地、當以論福之言、宣告於基利心山、以論禍之言、宣告於以八山、

When the Lord your God has brought you into the land you are entering to possess, you are to proclaim on Mount Gerizim the blessings, and on Mount Ebal the curses.

The Lord your God will bring you into the land to take it over. When he does, you must announce the blessings from Mount Gerizim. You must announce the curses from Mount Ebal.

And when the Lord your God brings you into the land that you are entering to take possession of it, you shall set the blessing on Mount Gerizim and the curse on Mount Ebal.

“ When the Lord your God brings you into the land and helps you take possession of it, you must pronounce the blessing at Mount Gerizim and the curse at Mount Ebal.

那时，约书亚在以巴路山上为耶和华—以色列的神筑一座坛。这坛是照耶和华的仆人摩西吩咐以色列人，用没有动过铁器的整块石头所筑的，正如摩西律法书上所写的。他们在这坛上给耶和华奉献燔祭，又宰牲作为平安祭。约书亚在那里，当着以色列人面前，将摩西所写的律法抄写在石头上。以色列众人，无论是本地人或寄居的，都和他们的长老、官长和审判官，站在约柜两旁，在抬耶和华约柜的利未家的祭司面前，一半对着基利心山，一半对着以巴路山，照耶和华的仆人摩西先前所吩咐的，为以色列百姓祝福。随后，约书亚将律法上祝福和诅咒的话，照着律法书上一切所写的，宣读一遍。摩西所吩咐的一切话，约书亚在以色列全会众和妇女、孩童，以及住在他们中间的外人面前，没有一句不宣读的。

“你们过了约旦河，西缅、利未、犹大、以萨迦、约瑟和便雅悯等支派的人要站在基利心山上为百姓祝福。吕便、迦得、亚设、西布伦、但和拿弗他利等支派的人要站在以巴路山上宣布诅咒。利未人要大声对以色列众人说：“‘凡制造耶和华所憎恶的偶像，无论是雕刻的，是铸造的，就是工匠用手造的，或暗中设置的，这人必受诅咒！’众百姓要回应说：‘阿们！’“‘轻慢父母的，必受诅咒！’众百姓要说：‘阿们！’“‘挪移邻舍地界的，必受诅咒！’众百姓要说：‘阿们！’“‘引领瞎子走错路的，必受诅咒！’众百姓要说：‘阿们！’“‘对寄居的、孤儿和寡妇屈枉正直的，必受诅咒！’众百姓要说：‘阿们！’“‘与继母同寝的，必受诅咒！因为他掀开父亲衣服的下边。’众百姓要说：‘阿们！’“‘与兽交合的，必受诅咒！’众百姓要说：‘阿们！’“‘与同父异母，或同母异父的姊妹同寝的，必受诅咒！’众百姓要说：‘阿们！’“‘与岳母同寝的，必受诅咒！’众百姓要说：‘阿们！’“‘暗中击杀邻舍的，必受诅咒！’众百姓要说：‘阿们！’“‘受贿赂击杀人而流无辜之血的，必受诅咒！’众百姓要说：‘阿们！’“‘不坚守遵行这律法之话的，必受诅咒！’众百姓要说：‘阿们！’”
